Tourism Mechanism Of Rural Employment Population Flow Under The Background Of "Coal To Tourism"

The development of rural tourism will inevitably reconstruct the relationship between people and land,which will have an important impact on the employment choice and flow direction of villagers.Identifying the mechanism of rural tourism development on Villagers’ population flow is not only helpful for rural tourism to achieve better rural revitalization,but also of great significance for maintaining rural social stability.This paper takes a village in Jincheng city of Shanxi Province as a case study,takes push-pull theory as the theoretical framework of the paper,adopts grounded theory to analyze the data obtained by participatory observation and in-depth interview from the perspective of villagers,analyzes the influencing factors of tourism on population flow,and tries to construct the mechanism of s village tourism on population flow,so as to enrich the push-pull theory.The results show that:(1)the mobility choice of villagers in the context of rural tourism development will produce differentiated values in terms of family happiness,spiritual satisfaction,subjective leisure,economic benefits,local complex,family welfare,occupational preference and expected security according to individual conditions,namely,occupational skills,family structure,economic constraints,relationship strength,residential location and role identity According to the satisfaction degree of demand,four kinds of flow behaviors are formed: active return,voluntary solid flow,circular flow and forced outflow.Through the action path of "conditional characteristics-demand difference-(Tourism Development)-flow choice" formed by grounded theory,the causes of flow behavior can be explained,and its essence is a form of push-pull theory in the tourism system.(2)The characteristics of tourism industry are consistent with the local temperament of rural areas and the employment needs of villagers:The seasonality of tourism industry and the adaptation of part-time employment lead to the circulation of villagers’ population;The adaptation of tourism industry in localization and employment is the main factor of villagers’ active return;The adaptation between the diversified post supply of tourism industry and the difference of villagers’ living conditions is an important factor of villagers’ voluntary fixed flow and active return;The rural tourism development of local cultural needs and local temperament adaptation is the remodeling and reconstruction of Shangzhuang village,causing the backflow and fixed flow of population.Therefore,the study confirmed that rural tourism,as an important grasp of the rural predicament,the main link of nostalgia,and an effective way to enrich the rural people and get rid of poverty,can cause a significant return of Shangzhuang villagers,effectively restrain the hollowing of Shangzhuang village,and has a positive significance to solve the social problems of leaving the land and hometown,which can well respond to the practical needs of rural diversification.
