The communication between teachers and students is a special interpersonal communication activity,which plays an important role in education.The communicative rationality created by Habermas,whose connotation is that people understand each other and reach consensus through dialogue with language as the medium,has intersubjectivity,dialogism and language.The internal relationship between communicative rationality and teacher-student communication is manifested in two aspects,that is,jointly facing the relationship between people,and jointly pursuing the ideal and harmonious communication state.From the perspective of communicative rationality,the analysis of teacher-student communication includes two aspects: theory and practice.From the perspective of theory,the connotation of teacher-student communication is rich.In essence,it is a kind of dialogue--understanding--consensus behavior between teachers and students,and this behavior has many potential requirements.The characteristics of teacher-student communication include intersubjectivity,dialogue,life and emotion.Exchanges between teachers and students is a dynamic performance of the relationship between teachers and students,and interaction between teachers and students are constantly changing,has its specific operational mechanism,to ensure that the subject status of the teachers and students both sides is the premise condition of interaction between teachers and students,between teachers and students from the heart communication demand is the inner motive power of interaction between teachers and students,teachers and students in accordance with the requirements of the effectiveness of language used in dialogue is an important medium of communication between teachers and students,dialogue,understanding is the focus of the communication between teachers and students,and ensure the exchanges between teachers and students both sides in the life world is the external security of exchanges between teachers and students.From the practical level,the practice of the horizon,exchanges between teachers and students communicative rationality dilemma including the role of communicative subjects,and interactions of formal centralization of power,communication and the cold desertification of communication emotion four aspects,and the erosion of instrumental rationality,the influence of cultural diversity,and lack of communication between teachers and students quality and strengthening exchanges between teachers and students external institution are the main reason for difficulties in communication between teachers and students practice.In order to achieve an ideal and harmonious communication state in the communication between teachers and students,teachers and students should first set up the correct communication concept,establish the communication idea of the unity of value rationality and tool rationality,establish the people-oriented communication value orientation and pursue the harmonious coexistence communication state;Secondly,teachers and students should strive to improve their communication quality and enhance their communication ability,that is,to clarify the communication subject,enhance the intersubjectivity of the communication between teachers and students,change the communication mode,enhance the dialogue of the communication between teachers and students,enrich the communication content,pay attention to the life world;Finally,it is necessary to create a good communication environment.Teachers and students should strive to create a democratic,equal and fraternal communication atmosphere.Educational administrative departments should devote themselves to improving the external environment of utilitarian and compulsory communication. |
