Research On The Function Orientation Of Community Sports In Community Social Work

This research is based on the social governance level,starting from the community,focusing on community work,combining the current in-depth structure of community social work,analyzing the historical development environment of community sports,sorting out the development and evolution of community sports policies,and making an in-depth comparison of the influences on the development of community sports.Factors,through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and unstructured interview method,in-depth exploration of the current background,community sports in the community work function positioning and proposed the feasibility of community sports optimization development.Through the analysis of the existing community sports problems,combined with the economic transformation and social transition,the deep-seated reasons are investigated,and it is concluded that the occurrence of these problems is due to deviations and deviations in the positioning of community sports in community work.As a result of mistakes,the occurrence of these problems reduces the credibility of the community,and also affects residents’ views on community sports,and makes wrong evaluations of community sports.In response to these issues,the author stands in the context of "National Fitness",combined with social transformation and government function changes,clarified the functional positioning of community sports,and put forward some feasible suggestions for its development,hoping to optimize the function of community sports help.The result shows:(1)Residents’ contact with the community is mostly related to people’s livelihood and civil construction.In the eyes of community residents,the community is closer to the government’s grassroots management unit,performing management functions rather than service functions.This cognitive bias has affected the function of community sports.(2)My country has issued a considerable number of policies and regulations to protect the development of mass sports and community sports.At present,my country has formed a relatively reasonable community operation model and community sports organization management system,which provides convenience for the development of community sports.In practice,it was found that due to the strong administrativeization of the community,the development of community sports activities suffered from unclear responsibilities,unclear positioning,and uneven resources.(3)Community work is integrated with multiple jobs,community sports professionals are scarce,effective connections cannot be formed between residents and sports resources,and effective communication between residents and community workers cannot be formed,resulting in the absence of information collection and communication functions.(4)At present,my country’s community sports hardware facilities are relatively complete,but its soft functions are relatively weak,and the emotional belonging function of community sports has not been effectively used.Giving full play to the emotional belonging function of community sports and enhancing residents’ sense of belonging in the community will become one of the criteria for judging the function of community sports.(5)The lack of management functions of community sports organization-s can not meet the diverse sports needs of residents due to the heterogeneity of the community,and cannot achieve effective interaction between residents and the government.(6)In the future,the development direction of community sports should be toward the autonomous development of community sports,and give full play to the autonomous function of community sports,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of community sports.Research recommendations:(1)Further accurately position the functional positioning of community sports in community work,and improve and optimize community functions.Government departments should focus on management and control and serve more and establish a sense of being for the people.The organization of social activities fully integrates social forces and uses external forces to achieve an effective win-win situation.(2)In terms of system guarantee,supplement and improve based on blind spots in actual work,modify and discard out-of-date policies and systems;clarify the methods and operating mechanisms of community sports management,improve the community sports participation system,and build a sports activity platform and welfare for residents mechanism.(3)Increase the input of community development funds,establish special guarantee funds for community sports development,and do a good job in fund management,implement the main body of supervision responsibility at all levels,and enhance the cultivation of the community sports market.(4)The realization of community sports functions is inseparable from the construction of a team of professionals.The future development direction of community sports will inevitably require the construction of a professional community work team and a high-quality volunteer team.(5)To give full play to the autonomous function of the community,the community must take the initiative to give play to its initiative,so that"community builds a platform and residents sing.
