Technical And Tactical Analysis Of Chinese Mixed Doubles Players In The 2019 World Table Tennis Championships

The International Olympic Committee officially announced on June 10,2017 that the mixed doubles game of table tennis will be officially added to the table tennis competition of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.This is the first time that the mixed doubles game of table tennis has entered the table tennis competition of the Olympic Games.And it is the first medal in the Tokyo Olympics table tennis competition,which is of great significance.Mixed doubles is a pairing composed of a male athlete and a female athlete.Compared with doubles,it is still slightly different.Mixed doubles not only requires the personal abilities of male and female athletes,but also pays more attention to the relationship between male and female athletes.Tacit cooperation.In the mixed doubles competition,the lack of a certain aspect will lead to the occurrence of various uncertain factors in the competition.At the same time,it is precisely because Chinese table tennis players have performed very well in men’s and women’s singles events in various world competitions,the mixed doubles event that first appeared in the Olympic Games will surely become a breakthrough point for athletes from other countries.Judging from previous studies,there are few studies involving the techniques and tactics of Chinese table tennis players in mixed doubles competitions.The 2019 World Table Tennis Championships mixed doubles competition is one of the most important matches before the Tokyo Olympics.Therefore,by studying the skills and tactics of two pairs of Chinese mixed doubles athletes in this competition,it is possible to discuss more in-depth Chinese elite athletes in mixed doubles.The characteristics of techniques and tactics used in doubles matches,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of mixed doubles in our country,provide a theoretical basis for future research on mixed doubles technology and tactics,not only to improve the comprehensive strength of my country’s mixed doubles players,but also It also prepares the Chinese table tennis team for future international competitions,and provides theoretical guidance for the delayed Tokyo Olympics table tennis mixed doubles event,so as to better promote the development of table tennis mixed doubles techniques and tactics.This study selected two pairs of Chinese mixed doubles,Xu Xin/Liu Shiwen and Fan Zhendong/Ding Ning.A total of 10 matches were selected as the research objects.The two pairs of Chinese players in the 2019 World Table Tennis Championships mixed doubles main match were replayed.,Using literature data method,video observation method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method,etc.,respectively conducted a relatively complete three-stage statistical analysis of the technical characteristics used by two pairs of Chinese players in the competition.The results show that:1.The two pairs of mixed doubles players in China are a combination of one left and one right.In the game,the combination of offense and defense is the main combination,and the serve and catch stages are the main means of scoring.2.In the serving stage,both male and female players have a strong sense of attack.For different players who receive the serve,Chinese players have different serving tactics and strategies.The active attack is based on the opponent’s midway position and the opponent’s position.The catching side’s chasing position is dominant.3.In the receiving and attacking stage,the male Chinese mixed doubles athletes mainly combine direct attack and control techniques when receiving short shots in the stage,while the female athletes use control techniques.Liu Shiwen will use the challenge when there is a chance.Playing skills,Ding Ning will use twisting and pulling techniques to attack.In the fourth rebound of the catch stage,the two pairs of Chinese mixed doubles players still use active attack as the main means.4.In the stalemate phase,the two pairs of Chinese athletes both focus on the opponent’s midway as the main attack point.Once opportunities arise,they will attack more to the bottom line of the opponent’s forehand and backhand corners.5.The technical and tactical characteristics of Chinese male and female mixed doubles athletes are different.Whether in the starting or receiving stage,Xu Xin has extremely high quality,aggressiveness and concealment in the forehand stage,and his position is changeable.The ball is handled in a variety of ways,but the hitting point is low when attacking in the middle and far stage.Liu Shiwen seldom uses backhand twisting and pulling techniques,and is relatively fast when holding the ball in the center and near stage.Once back to the stage,the effect of returning the ball is more ordinary.Fan Zhendong has an excellent backhand twisting technique when receiving a serve,but in a passive state during the stalemate stage,defensive errors frequently occur.When Ding Ning received the serve,the technique was single and the effect was average.In the near-center stage,the speed rhythm was relatively fast,and the center-far stage was in the middle and far stage,and the quality of the ball returned was average.Both pairs of Chinese players use serve-attack and catch-attack as their main offensive methods.
