Pistol shooting is one of the necessary skills of police officers in our country. It plays an important role in maintaining stability and in daily duty.Researching the biomechanical characteristics of police pistol shooting movement will optimize pistol shooting techniques and improve the ability of frontline police officers to use guns.It is significant to improve the effectiveness of pistol shooting training for police academy students practically. This article selects 12 students from the Special Police Academy of Nanjing Forest Police Academy as the test subjects and compares the two shooting postures of straight arm and bent arm, from the characteristics of limb movement, balance and stability control ability, plantar pressure distribution, surface electromyography characteristics, and impact point distribution.Through analysis and other aspects, the study found that:1.EMG signal analysis results show that the upper limb muscles are involved in body posture control. When shooting with a straight arm,the rear deltoid muscle is involved in the main work, and the contribution rate is close to50%.When shooting with a bent arm,all muscles need to work together and coordinate effort. In the process of continuous shooting with straight arm,the amplitude of the posterior deltoid muscle gradually increases, leading to an increased risk of shoulder joint muscle damage, while the increase in muscles is not obvious during continuous shooting with the bent arm.2.The plantar pressure signal results show that there is no significant difference between the two shooting postures in the pressure center movement trajectory and coverage area(P>0.05),indicating that the change in shooting posture does not significantly affect the balance ability and balance control ability of the test subject, but for straight arm shooting the swing amplitude of the pressure center during arm shooting was significantly higher than that of bending arm shooting(P<0.05),indicating that bending arm shooting is beneficial to reduce the impact of the firearm’s recoil.3.The results of the motion image analysis show that the main joints of the upper limbs in the straight-arm shooting process are smaller than the bent-arm shooting, and the action modes between the two shooting postures are obviously different. The backward displacement of the gun in the straight-arm shooting posture is less than that of the bent-arm shooting. The posture and shooting action repetitive stability are relatively better, while the active adjustment of the upper limb joints is more obvious in the bending arm shooting.4.The impact point distribution results show that using the envelope rectangle algorithm to evaluate shooting skills is simple, the time complexity is low,and it is easy to implement.Comparing the two shooting postures, although there is no statistically significant difference between the two(P>0.05),the impact points of straight-arm shooting have a larger spread range, and the distribution density is lower than that of the curved arm,so the shooting stability and consistency are low shoot when with arms bent. The research believes that:1.The characteristic analysis of sports biomechanics can be used to optimize the guidance technology and improve the training, which is beneficial to ensure the accuracy of the police pistol shooting technology while improving the shooting stability.2.The upper limbs are shooting with the police pistol in actual combat. The adjustment and optimization of upper limb technical movements can help reduce the risk of special sports injuries, ensure body posture control, and improve shooting effects.3.Combine shooting technical characteristics analysis and shooting effect characteristics analysis to carry out comprehensive shooting skills evaluation, improve the utilization rate of information, better reflect the characteristics of shooting skills and abilities, facilitate training guidance and technical improvement.
