It is not only a healthy action style, but also a regulation way to bodies and minds against working and studying stresses in our actual life. The basketball game is one of students' favorite games, and it is also an important content in the teaching materials.The basketball game is such a kind of sport that through cooperation, players from one team try hard to prevent the other team from scoring, and strive for putting the basketball into the component's basket, which is under control of some special rules. So regardless of the good physique or cooperation, the ultimate criteria should be the prompt and accurate shooting to put an end to this offense. Therefore, shooting is one of the important techniques of a basketball game, is the only means of scoring, and is also the core part of basketball strategies. Any kind of offensive strategies must end up with a shooting score. And the defensive strategies are to prevent opponents from shooting. Controlling the right shooting skills, and striving to improve shooting rates, are important tasks which all teams should pay much attention to. So the shooting rate is a critical technical indicator. Besides, the basketball game is one of the main teaching contents in a college's physical education major and other majors. Colleges usually have selective courses for playing basketball, and the shooting is what students love most, which is a significant technology in teaching, training and competing.With the penetration and usage of modern science and technology in the field of basketball games, the fighting strength of basketball teams of the world's high level basketball games becomes huger and huger. Athletes often make their shooting actions through intense confrontations. Therefore, new shooting skills of high difficulty turn up. For example, the shooters' remaining time in the air is longer, their hands' positions to throw off the basketball are higher, and the relevant techniques is more various, along with higher shooting rates. However, no matter how the shooting actions change, any senior shooting action and accuracy is based on the right and reasonable shooting techniques.Therefore, this paper analyzes the technological shooting principle and action structure according to principles of sport-biomechanics, researching approaches of theoretical mechanics, aerodynamic analysis, laws of skill formation and migration, and principles of gradual training and teaching. This paper also focuses on the biomechanical factors which influence shooting rates. The conclusions may bring much reference value about correctly controlling and using the shooting techniques, creating fabulous shooting skills, and increasing the accuracy of shooting.Through the research, I hope to use principles of bio-mechanics to analyze the factors that influence shooting rates, and to increase the feasibility and effectiveness controlling shooting skills. So, we can explore effective ways of increasing shooting rates, and enrich the existing theories and approaches of basketball teaching and training, in order to guide the basketball games training and increase shooting. |
