Under the opportunity of the Winter Olympics,the indoor simulation ski resort industry is booming,but there are few researches on related operations.The article selects 9 places in Beijing,Langfang,Qingdao and other places through research methods such as literature reading,questionnaire surveys and field investigations.As the research object,the indoor simulated skiing hall will conduct a questionnaire survey of managers,coaches and consumers through field visits.Analyze the operating conditions of the northern indoor simulated ski hall,explore the causes and put forward countermeasures for the problems in the operation process,provide a theoretical basis for the healthy development of the stadium,and open up a path for the promotion of ice and snow sports.The results of the study are as follows:The number and distribution of indoor simulated ski halls in the north are uneven,and they are mainly distributed in the commercial districts of high-income cities.The mainstay investors are sole proprietorships and individual proprietorships.The overall investment is relatively large,with more than one million at every turn.Most of them are medium-sized venues with 2 ski machines.The area of the venue,the number of employees and the total investment in construction are directly proportional to the number of snow machines.Venue management,enterprise-owned venues to use more M-type organizational structure,individual-owned venues,mostly U-type organization,venue management system and department set up comprehensive.In terms of venue operations,the main publicity methods are flyers and video networks,and income comes from snow machine teaching and ski equipment sales,and there is a lack of alliance cooperation.The operating expenses of the venues are high but the income is good,and most venues are profitable.As for the venue workers,the management team is young and mostly male,with a high level of education and regular training.The salary level and job satisfaction of the coaching team are high.The age structure of consumers is wide,and the ratio of men and women is balanced.Among them,the number of preschool children is the largest,accounting for 40%.The rest of the consumers are mainly 18 to 50 years old.Consumers’ education and income are higher than average,they are more satisfied with venues,and have a strong intention to continue exercising. |
