| The teaching assistant &management teams in Universities are the specific executors who provide teaching and scientific research assistance and daily administration.Any university cannot provide public services in the field of experimental teaching and scientific research without a strong support of the teaching assistant & management teams.As a public service provider,universities have a strong demand for the public service motivation of the staff in the organization.Public service motivation is "a tendency of individuals to serve others,with the aim of serving others and society one by one".It is characterized by altruism,acquisition,universality and dynamism.As a stable internal motivation,public service motivation has incomparable advantages in terms of providing public service behavior.Previous studies have shown that there is a significant positive correlation between the provision of public services and staff’s public service motivation,but the current scholars is mainly focus on the teacher group,and the research of university teaching assistant managers who struggle in the front line and play a supporting role is relatively few.This paper takes the teaching assistant & management teams in universities as the research object,analyzes the working status of this group under the background of double first-class construction and the impact of its public service motivation on the working status.Try to intends to explore the promotion mechanism of its public service motivation for employees from the perspective of work remodeling.Through the methods of questionnaire and statistical analysis and empirical research,the study found it is better to prove that the work remodeling behavior of the teaching assistant &management teams has a significant positive correlation with their public service motivation,and plays a relevant supporting role in the subsequent introduction of better incentive policies by university managers. |
