| Under the background of knowledge renewal,it is impossible and unnecessary for learners to learn all the knowledge,and mastering how to learn is a wise choice.Self directed learning in online environment is a new educational concept and teaching mode,which not only provides learners with learning guide and learning ideas,but also guides learners to actively participate in and experience online learning activities,and promotes meaningful knowledge construction.Therefore,this study focuses on the core issue of self-directed learning in online environment.Through literature research,investigation research,design-based research and other research methods,based on the analysis of self-directed learning elements,this paper introduces the concept and methods of online learning intervention,and explores the online learning intervention strategies to promote self-directed learning.On the basis of clarifying the research background and problem statement,this paper clarifies the related concepts,theoretical basis and research status of self-directed learning and learning intervention,so as to provide theoretical support for the follow-up of this study.Based on the analysis of the research results of self-directed learning elements and online learning intervention strategies,this paper puts forward some online learning intervention strategies to promote self-directed learning,including organization strategy,guidance strategy,consolidation strategy and evaluation feedback strategy.Based on the online course "Application of information teaching environment",the online learning intervention strategy is implemented.From Moodle platform data,academic performance,social network and other aspects to verify the intervention effect,gradually optimize,improve and revise,and finally form a more perfect and systematic online learning intervention strategy to promote self-directed learning effect.Through the questionnaire analysis and student interviews to verify the effect of self-directed learning,the post test survey data and the pre-test survey data are compared and analyzed,and the mean change of each dimension is supplemented by the outline of student interviews.It is concluded that the online learning intervention strategy is effective and can promote the development of self-directed learning.Therefore,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)online learning intervention strategies mainly include organization strategy,guidance strategy,monitoring strategy,consolidation strategy and evaluation feedback strategy.(2)Online learning intervention strategies can promote the development of learners’ self-directed learning. |
