With the increasing integration of "Internet + education",online learning has become an important learning form of current higher education. However,in the real teaching environment, due to the poor self-learning ability of learners, without teacher intervention, their learning effects often fail to achieve the expected results of educators. The rapid development of big data makes it possible to monitor the entire learning process of learners. Therefore, how to use learning analysis technology to analyze a large number of learner’s learning behavior data generated in the learning platform, provide timely learning intervention for learners, and effectively improve learner participation and online learning quality is the current online education field should pay attention to The key issue. This study uses the literature research method to summarize the concepts, research status and related theoretical foundations of learning analysis and online learning intervention.Preliminary analysis and design of learning activities are carried out for the "Application of Informationized Teaching Environment" course, and through the online learning behavior data analysis of learners in the first four weeks of the course, combined with the investigation and research method on the problems and influencing factors of learners in the online learning environment In summary,it is found that the main problems of learners in the current online learning environment are:(1)low learning participation and low access to curriculum-related resources;(2)poor learning autonomy and delays;(3)The interaction atmosphere between learners is not active enough;(4)The quality of interaction and the degree of knowledge mastery are low.Based on this, the researchers combined the three-dimensional interaction theory and feedback intervention theory and other related theoretical foundations, guided by the strategy design principles and the three-level intervention concept of RTI,and proposed specific online learning intervention strategies for the above problems, mainly including stimulating and guiding strategies.,Monitoring and feedback strategies, interactive early warning strategies, cognitive enhancement strategies and reflective guidance strategies, etc. In addition,in order to ensure the operability and effectiveness of the strategy implementation, the researchers designed a specific strategy implementation framework, and gave specific explanations on the intervention judgment standard, intervention level, intervention form and intervention purpose. Finally, relying on the Moodle platform, the designed learning intervention strategy was applied in the course of "Information Teaching Environment Application".Two rounds of iterative intervention were carried out in the form of hierarchical progression, and the objective learning behavior of learners The difference between before and after and the subjective feelings of learners verify the effectiveness of online learning intervention strategies. On this basis, the intervention strategies are revised, and effective online learning intervention strategies are finally obtained.Research shows that online learning intervention strategies from the perspective of learning analysis have a good application effect, can improve and solve the problems of learners in the online environment to a certain extent, improve the learners’ course participation and learning initiative, and can promote The learners actively participated in the discussion, conducted in-depth knowledge consultation and exchanges on the topic of discussion, and the learner’s chapter test scores were also improved to a certain extent.Through the survey,it is found that the overall satisfaction of learners with learning intervention strategies is relatively high.
