| In January,2018,the State Council issued "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teaching Staff Construction in the New Era",which focused on the training quality of teachers(normal students)in primary and secondary schools,and combined with the current "internet plus" thinking,required normal colleges to pay attention to training innovative normal students in the new era in combination with the information environment.In the era of innovation under the background of information technology,the establishment of a scientific evaluation standard for the innovation ability of teacher students and the use of the evaluation-oriented function are hot issues that the current teacher student training units are paying attention to.This study found that the current research on innovation ability is mainly aimed at in-service teachers by consulting related literatures on teaching innovation ability,with little consideration of the group of teacher students,and a systematic indicator system of teacher students’ innovation ability has not yet been formed.In addition,the development of smart education in recent years has also put forward higher requirements for the innovative ability of normal students.smart education contains dual meanings of technical support for cognitive development and pursuit of virtue,aiming at cultivating innovative talents with lifelong learning ability.It is necessary to emphasize the important role of information-based teaching ability in the development of normal students’ innovative ability,and cultivate teachers’ self-innovative ability with the educational concept and thinking of "internet plus".Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the index system of normal students’ innovative ability under the background of smart education.First of all,this study uses the literature research method to analyze the innovation ability of normal students and smart education in a multi-dimensional way,to clarify the connotation of normal students’ innovation ability under the background of smart education,to sort out the related research on the construction of innovation ability index system,and to dig out the theoretical basis of the whole index construction from the existing research results;Secondly,according to the theoretical conception of normal students’ innovative ability,the interview outline is drafted on the basis of literature and data analysis,and the teachers of normal students and excellent teachers in the front line are interviewed,and the characteristics of normal students’ innovative ability are identified by using the method of expert ranking Thirdly,In order to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,this study is based on the characteristic dimensions of the innovation ability of normal students in the context of smart education,and uses the literature analysis method to preliminarily draft an evaluation index system for the innovation ability of normal students in the context of smart education,and uses Delphi method to carry out two rounds of expert correspondence to revise and improve the evaluation index system;Fourthly,on the basis of drawing up the index system,AHP is used to determine the weight,so as to obtain a complete evaluation index system of normal students’ innovation ability under the background of smart education with weight;Finally,The proposed indicators were distributed to normal students in the form of questionnaires.Through mathematical statistical analysis of reliability and validity,the rationality of the evaluation index system for the innovation ability of normal students in the context of smart education was verified.The evaluation index system for teacher students’ innovation ability in the context of smart education proposed in this study includes 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,52 third-level indicators and indicator weights.The enrichment of related theories and method systems such as evaluation,at the same time,provides reference for the design,organization and implementation,and effect evaluation of teaching activities carried out by normal universities to cultivate the innovative ability of normal students. |
