Research On The Establishment Management Of Compulsory Education Schools In Jinan

Compulsory education school is of great significance to China’s economic development.It improves the comprehensive quality of China’s population and promotes social progress and development.As a public institution,compulsory education schools account for the largest proportion,the largest number,the most prominent problems and the most representative.With the rapid development of social economy and the increase of compulsory education teaching content in recent years,the structural problems of the establishment and management of compulsory education schools have become increasingly prominent,and improving the level of education has become the top priority in the development of compulsory education schools.On the basis of expounding the research background and significance of the establishment management of compulsory education schools,this paper defines the relevant concepts of public institutions,compulsory education schools,establishment management,etc.,and takes the theory of personnel job matching and target management as the theoretical basis of the paper.This paper selects the establishment management of compulsory education schools in Jinan as the research object,expounds the overall status of the establishment management of compulsory education schools in Jinan,including the development status of the establishment,the establishment accounting status quo and the workload of teachers,and the achievements of the establishment management of compulsory education in Jinan City.This paper selects T district of Jinan City as a sample,makes a case analysis,supplemented by questionnaire survey and interview,and finds that there are some problems in the establishment management of compulsory education schools in T district,such as the unreasonable number of personnel,the imbalance of establishment structure,the unclear responsibility of establishment management,the lack of scientific establishment,and the imperfect establishment policy system.The paper also makes a comparative study on the establishment management of compulsory education in Guangzhou and Hefei,in order to provide reference for the establishment management of compulsory education schools in Jinan City.This paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the establishment management of compulsory education schools in Jinan,such as improving the coordination of the establishment management from the ideological concept;improving the timeliness of management from the target management;improving the scientificity of the establishment management from the standard;improving the sustainability of the staffing management from the evaluation.Finally,the paper draws the relevant research conclusions,but also points out the deficiencies,which need to be further studied in the future.
