Study On The Mechanism Of Improve The Education Of College Students’ Ideals And Beliefs

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of ideals and beliefs.Ideals and beliefs are a subject that is constantly updated and adapted to the development of the times.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed "Improve the education of ideals and beliefs for young people and grasp the co-management mechanism",and promote the education of ideals and beliefs to a strategic height.The entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era is a new historical orientation for my country’s development,and the domestic and international situation has become more complex and changeable.College students are a special group and the backbone of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Facing the new situation and development,there are still many weak links in the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.Colleges,society and families pay insufficient attention to the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.The situation of co-management of college students’ ideals and beliefs education has not yet formed,so it is established and sound The long-term mechanism of the unified leadership of the party committee,the joint management of the party and the government,the responsibility of the relevant departments,and the strong support of the whole society for the education of the ideals and beliefs of college students are of great and far-reaching significance.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main body is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of the topic "Study on the mechanism of improve the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs".First,define the relevant concepts of the co-management mechanism in the ideal and belief education of college students;secondly,explain that the co-management mechanism in the ideal and belief education of college students is directional,systematic and scientific;and finally,the ideal and belief education for college students should be improved.The significance of the co-management mechanism is discussed.The second part is to discuss the problems and their reasons of the current co-management mechanism in the education of ideals and beliefs for college students.First,from the organizational leadership level of colleges and universities,that is,the college party committee and various departments of colleges and universities,it discusses the problems existing in the education mechanism of college students’ ideals and beliefs education organization;secondly,from the level of curriculum education,it is the linkage between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political.The linkage between the classroom and the second classroom discusses the problems existing in the education mechanism of the ideal and belief education curriculum for college students.Thirdly,it discusses the problems existing in the multilateral linkage mechanism of the ideal and belief education for college students from the aspects of multilateral linkage,namely,school,society,and family.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the current co-management mechanism in the education of ideals and beliefs for college students.The third part is to discuss the path of perfecting the ideal and belief education of college students and grasping the co-management mechanism.First of all,improve the organization and education mechanism,analyze from the perspectives of the party committee of colleges and universities,and the specific responsibilities of various departments of colleges and universities,and build a working platform for the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.Second,improve the curriculum education mechanism.Strengthen the linkage between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political,strengthen the linkage between the first classroom and the second classroom,and form an important guarantee for the co-management of college students’ ideals and beliefs education;finally,build a multi-party linkage mechanism,through the school and family,school and society,The construction of the linkage mechanism between society and the family promotes the improvement of the pattern of co-management in the education of ideals and beliefs for college students.
