Research On The Practice Mode Of Village Resident Assistance Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In 2020,China’s poverty alleviation work has been to the last section.The realization of poverty alleviation has overcome the most prominent shortcoming in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society,and promoted the process of building a modern socialist country.As a special approach to poverty alleviation in China,enterprise poverty alleviation in villages not only reflects the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,but also accelerates the progress of China’s poverty alleviation work.The large-scale promotion of enterprise poverty alleviation in villages plays a vital role in the process of achieving overall poverty alleviation.The enterprise poverty alleviation assistance of S Village,X County,Hebei Province was studied by On-the-spot investigation with interviewing and observational method from the perspective of social work.The practical work mode of assistance in S village was concluded by the enhancement of villagers’ ability and self-awareness,which presented the results of the village aid work.Besides,from three aspects of government policy,resident village staff’s own ability and the effectiveness of villagers’ empowerment,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in the village aid work in this practice mode.On the basis of exploring the reasons,suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement and optimization of the poverty alleviation system of enterprises stationed in villages are put forward to provides basis and experience reference for the new stage of poverty alleviation that China is about to enter,maximizes the advantages of poverty alleviation in villages,makes full use of human resources,and smoothly realizes the effective link between overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
