| In the new era of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and education equity,rural education development has attracted much attention.The decentralization of curriculum development rights makes it possible for rural schools to develop local curriculum resources.So,how to promote the growth of rural teenagers through the development of local curriculum resources,make them find the knowledge rooted in the local familiarity and intimacy,release the children’s labor nature and curiosity about things,and improve the core literacy of rural youth,which has become the life problem that the academic circles have been exploring constantly.This study is to explore the logic of the development of local curriculum resources,push the research of local curriculum resources development from practical thinking to more in-depth theoretical thinking,and provide new possibilities for the development of rural education.Through the research of the papers,this paper defines the local curriculum resources as the sum of the material and non-material resources that can be used for curriculum construction,which can reflect the local production and life and help teachers and students grow up.It includes the curriculum orientation and goal setting that is conducive to the development of rural students,the material resources that are suitable for the achievement of curriculum goals and the practice of rural students in rural schools,the teaching methods and evaluation methods that are conducive to the achievement of curriculum goals and the development of rural students in rural schools,and finds a theoretical basis for the development of local curriculum resources.This paper uses the case study method to sort out the development process of local curriculum resources in Z primary school,uses the coding method of grounded theory to sort out and summarize the case data,and extracts five elements of the development of local curriculum resources in Z primary school,which are convenient and accessible local resources,the cognition and persistence of actors,the permission and recognition of rights holders,the positive feedback of all parties,and the change of educational concept.This paper analyzes the logic of the development of local curriculum resources,which starts from the change of teachers’ ideas,relies on local resources,excavates and develops students’ local experience,and aims at promoting the improvement of students’ quality and local development.As a new exploration of education reform,there are inevitably some unsatisfactory shortcomings in the development of local curriculum resources.Through the reflection on the development process of Z primary school,this paper puts forward the optimization direction from four aspects.Firstly,diversified training can help teachers change their ideas;secondly,decentralization can improve teachers’ enthusiasm;thirdly,multi-party cooperation can make up for teachers’ lack of knowledge and ability;fourthly,increase students’ participation can improve the efficiency of resource development.At last,the paper puts forward two prospects for the future of local curriculum resources.On the one hand,it can change the view of curriculum resources in practice;on the other hand,the breadth,depth and height of curriculum resource development practice have greater development space. |
