Teacher professional growth has always been the eternal theme of education team building,and it is related to the quality of a country’s education and the process of teacher professionalization.With the continuous advancement of education reforms,all sectors of society are advocating higher requirements for the professional abilities of novice teachers.Novice teachers are an important part of the teaching team,and their degree of professionalization directly affects the quality of the entire collective.The operation and promotion of the community of practice can effectively promote the professional growth of novice teachers,such as joint lesson preparation,after-class observation and evaluation,reading clubs,school year conferences,online seminars and other rich activities,which are positive for promoting new teachers’ educational concepts and professional capabilities effect.The performance is: the change of educational concepts;the improvement of classroom teaching skills;handy work handling;the standard of teacher teaching.This research uses case analysis,observation,and a semi-structured interview outline to collect the required materials.The interviewees were the principal of the individual school,the director of the teacher development department,two key teachers,and six novice teachers.The principal and the director of the teacher development department are the plan and implementers of the practice community.The six novice teachers are in a different practice community and an atmosphere.The teacher group learned about the impact of different activities of the practice community on the professional growth of novice teachers through interviews with them.After inductive analysis and comprehensive discussion of the data,the general conclusion is as follows:(1)The practice of community warmth,harmony and mutual support in schools can promote the growth of novice teachers and solve the difficulties encountered by novice teachers with group wisdom.(2)Teachers participate in the practice community to carry out formal and informal activities to achieve personal growth;the school should establish a teacher practice community that is willing to share and help each other.(3)After participating in the community of practice activities,novice teachers can design and carry out relevant courses with students as the main body,become proficient in teacher responsibilities,and achieve the school’s vision.(4)After the novice teacher participates in the activities of the community of practice,the student-based curriculum design is clear and in-depth,and the teaching process is clear and clear;class management can learn more ways to talk to parents and understand the communication skills of parents;individuals are more willing Learning,expression,thinking and teaching confidence increase.
