Study On The Balanced Allocation Of Compulsory Education Resources In Haikou City

Talents play an important part in the process of economic and social development.Nowadays,the material civilization has been developing so quickly that we shouldn’t ignore the development of spiritual civilization.The society can develop steadily with the high degree of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The principal contradiction of our country has changed according what we have known in the 19^thReport.It is of great importance that the governments spare no efforts to keep the society programs equality.In order to cultivate the students to be excellent,we should ensure the equality of education.The equality of education is also an important prerequisite for cultivating the excellent talents.The compulsory education plays an important role and value in the elementary education stage.Not only can the compulsory education has a decisive effect on the child health development,but also it is the foundation of the development for our nation’s future.If we take the compulsory education in Haikou city as an example,we know it is necessary to keep the resources of compulsory education balanced,allocate the financial resources,human resources and material resources reasonably,which are connected with the development of the compulsory education.Meanwhile,we should narrow the compulsory education gap between urban and rural district.At last,can we reach the balance of compulsory education.So it is essential that we research the balance of compulsory education resources.I will research the balance allocation of compulsory education in Haikou City.In the process of the research,we analyze the current situation of the compulsory education’s resource allocation in Haikou City with the methods of questionnaire survery way,empirical analysis way and so on.We will have three aspects to analyze it---financial resources,human resources and material resources,which are also called financial input of governments,teachers staff and conditions of school operation.We have found that the conditions of school operation is not balanced.The allocation of educational finance which is not balanced also leads to the allocation of the compulsory education resources imbalanced.So it is necessary that we improve and adjust the way of financial input,devote a larger sum of finance in compulsory education,be committed to contruct the teaching staff in order to boost the level of teaching staff.While improving the conditions of school operation is also essential.In this way,can we make the balance of compulsory education resource succeed.
