China has been known for fast advancement in economy,technology,industry,and education domains.Thus,enterprises' need for overseas high-level talents by domestic enterprises in various industries is becoming However,at present,there are many problems encountered by overseas high-level talents in applying for employment and adapting to the domestic environment.The problems mainly include a lack of support from the policies,a functional communication platform,a reasonable and thorough evaluation system,and a-comprehensive career planning system.They all obstructed the overseas high-level talents from returning to China,and also hindered the development of innovative technology and enterprises advancements.WF is a professional company which has developed human resource service and overseas service earlier in China.The company was founded in 1984,and served more than 3,000 companies and 200,000 job-seeking people globally.This study aims at the employment service system in WF,through its HR service function of overseas high-level talents recruitment,using data analysis,questionnaire,enterprise interview and literature research methods,to investigate the difficulties encountered by overseas high-level's in the process of returning employment,and analyze their recruitment,evaluation,career planning,personnel post matching and other aspects Based on the demand of domestic enterprises for overseas high-level talent recruitment,the paper puts forward the improvement and optimization of WF system.The conclusion of this paper is to optimize and perfect the overseas high-level talents returning employment service system of WF,which can be completed by developing the channel construction,optimizing the data construction,the multi-dimensional talent evaluation and the career planning system.The ultimate purpose of this study is to put forward the improvement research for the development and progress of overseas high-level talents' returning employment market,and then to bring demonstration and guidance to the domestic human resource service industry.
