Multi-dimensional Perspective Of Value Creation Of Digital Labor

With the continuous development of the digital industry,commercial digital platforms generally use algorithm recommendations,cloud computing,big data and other digital technologies to extensively collect users’ personal information,deeply track and analyze users’ daily habits and information preferences,and control the autonomy of users’ information choices.Embezzle users’ leisure time.Users who are addicted to the digital platform do not know that when enjoying the pleasure brought by the platform,they have unconsciously become the "digital labor" of the platform,and the value created by it is occupied by the platform free of charge.The platform realizes its own commercial realization,value appreciation and capital accumulation through the labor of digital labor and the sale of its attention.Based on the multi-dimensional theoretical perspectives such as dissemination of political economy theory,cultural industry theory,alienated labor theory,Internet economic theory,and exploitation theory,this paper uses literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,and network ethnography to study the digital industry "digital labor"."And the problems in value creation.The full text is mainly divided into four parts.The first part explores the evolution process of audience identity and the commercialization process of digital labor value creation.The second part studies the value creation achievements and value creation mechanisms of different types of digital labor.The third part discusses the positive and negative effects of digital labor value creation,especially focusing on the alienation of digital labor.The fourth part analyzes the market value distribution system of the digital industry,and proposes strategies to protect the legal rights and interests of digital labor and anti-alienation strategies from the two aspects of government countermeasures and platform measures.The basic conclusion of this article has two main points.First,digital labor value creation has not received reasonable value compensation,and various alienation phenomena have occurred,such as the alienation of labor subjects,labor products,labor behavior,and labor relations.Second,although the value creation of digital labor has produced many negative effects,we should also affirm the positive role of digital labor in promoting social progress,political democracy,economic development,ecological protection,and cultural dissemination.
