A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Protection Of Practice Rights And Interests Of Higher Vocational Students

The right and interest of internship are all kinds of internship rights and interests enjoyed by interns according to law.The protection of internship rights and interests plays an important role in promoting the enthusiasm of practice,promoting employment and career development of vocational students.With the deepening of school enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education,the issue of labor rights and interests protection of students during internship has attracted more and more attention.It is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training and also related to the healthy and sustainable development of Vocational Education in China.Based on the theory of internship rights and interests,internship rights and interests protection theory and stakeholder theory,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of internship rights and interests protection of higher vocational students and the operational connotation of internship rights and interests through relevant literature,theory,policy documents and expert opinions Enterprise support and self promotion factors to construct the research framework of influencing factors of internship rights and interests protection of higher vocational students.The research analyzes 706 effective questionnaires recovered by spss22.0 and Amos data analysis tools,aiming to explore the status quo of the security of internship rights and interests of vocational students,and explore the path and effect of affecting the protection of internship rights and interests of vocational students.The results show that the overall security of internship rights and interests is at the lower level,which indicates that the status quo of the security of internship rights and interests of vocational students needs to be improved.The effect of the factors on the protection of the internship rights and interests of vocational college students is enterprise support,school management,government guarantee and self promotion.In order to further analyze the personalized and deep-seated reasons that affect the protection of internship rights and interests of higher vocational students during the internship,20 interns were selected from the higher vocational students who participated in the questionnaire survey for interview,and the government policies and regulations formulation,publicity and supervision were obtained by using NVivo qualitative analysis tool coding;School practice management,practice instructors and school education training;Corporate social responsibility,internship instructors and education and training;Interns’ awareness of rights protection,cognition and personal behavior;The main body has not yet formed a joint force to protect the rights and interests of higher vocational students internship are the deep-seated reasons.Based on the above research results,according to the stakeholder theory,this paper proposes the following strategies for the protection of internship rights and interests from different stakeholders: government level should strengthen policy protection;school level should improve the practice management;enterprise level should play a core role;and the individual level should improve the awareness of rights protection.The main body should strengthen the consciousness of the community of interest,the enterprise should play the role of the core stakeholders,build a multi-party interaction platform and build a multi-party interaction mechanism.The government,school,enterprise and intern work together to ensure the right of practice for vocational students.
