On Protecting Internship Rights And Interests Of Students From Technical Secondary School

The secondary vocational education is an indispensable part to vocational educational system in China. With the progressive establishment of domestic vocational educational system, the strategic position of the secondary one has been prominent in the vocational educational system at home. Due to the fact of distinguished skilled worker storage in China, large quantities of enterprises turn to the talents’ market of secondary vocational colleges. And for the purpose of reducing the costs of employment, they have recruited numerous students from secondary vocational colleges to have their field work at companies. In fact, field work is served as the key section for students from secondary occupational colleges, and the protection of working rights and interests for them requires great attention from various social circles. Hence, how to guarantee their internship rights affects the social harmony and stability. Based on the means of consulting literatures and summarization, this research focuses on the investigation of students, who are going to graduate from vocational educational colleges, collects the initial data concerning the current situation of students’ rights under exploitation, probes into the causes for these, and puts forward countermeasures against the above-mentioned issues. Through this study, it can serve as a favorable factor of protecting the rights and interests of students from secondary vocational colleges.
