This paper aims to understand the relationship between childhood adversity,emotional regulation self-efficacy,discrimination perception and school bullying among junior high school students,conduct empirical research,enrich the theoretical knowledge of school bullying,and put forward effective educational suggestions based on the research results,so as to contribute to the reduction of school bullying.Research methods through the adoption of childhood adversity,emotion regulation questionnaire of self-efficacy questionnaire,discrimination perception questionnaire and middle school students bullying a three middle school students in investigation,a total of 1700 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 1577,according to the data which is collected from SPSS software to analyze data,such as exploring the relationship between the four variables,the following results:(1)Junior middle school students’ childhood adversity has significant differences in family economic status and parental relationship;There are significant differences in emotion regulation self-efficacy in gender,class cadre,family economic status,parents’ relationship and parents’ educational level.Perceived discrimination has significant differences in class cadre,ethnicity,family economic status,parents’ relationship and parents’ educational level.There are significant differences in school bullying among grades,ethnic groups,family economic status,parents’ relationship and educational level.(2)There was a significant negative correlation between childhood adversity and emotional regulation self-efficacy,and a significant positive correlation between childhood adversity and perceived school bullying and discrimination.Emotion regulation self-efficacy was negatively correlated with school bullying and discrimination,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between school bullying and perceived discrimination.(3)Both childhood adversity and perceived discrimination have significant positive predictive effects on school bullying;Emotion regulation self-efficacy has a significant negative predictive effect on perceived discrimination and school bullying.Childhood adversity has a significant positive predictive effect on perceived discrimination;Childhood adversity has a significant negative predictive effect on emotional regulation self-efficacy.(4)Emotion regulation self-efficacy and perceived discrimination played a partial mediating role in the relationship between childhood adversity and school bullying,respectively,and also played a chain mediating role in the relationship between childhood adversity and school bullying.Through the analysis and discussion of the research results,it is concluded that the emotional regulation self-efficacy and perceived discrimination can explain the internal mechanism between childhood adversity and school bullying.
