| The high relapse rate and the difficulty in getting rid of addiction have been plaguing the community drug rehabilitation work.The intervention of social work makes drug control work have new forms and possibilities,but only by the cooperation and integration of multi-disciplines and multi-departments can community drug control work really achieve long-term results.Narrative orientation,from a unique perspective of positive psychology,enables drug addicts to gradually acquire a firm motivation for self-change and self-realization,and actively engage themselves in the present life.This study attempts to start with narrative therapy,on the basis of grasping the basic situation of drug addicts,combined with the narrative treatment model to put forward an attempt to improve the sense of self-efficacy;Case through targeted to select a student services,concrete can be divided into external story,deconstruction and reconstruction story and consolidate the story more stage intervention,lead to the social worker about past life experiences,in the stage of the whole service,as a listener,the role of company to help the service object to clarify,gradually realize the issue of withdrawal,To find the successful experience in the past,reduce the learned helplessness,optimize the expectation of withdrawal,and help accumulate the self-efficacy of coping with crisis factors,so as to improve the integrity and maintenance rate of drug addicts in the community.This study believes that narrative therapy can reasonably guide the service subjects to rethink the fuzzy boundary between themselves and the problem again,deconstruct themselves and the so-called problem,witness the objectification of the problem,appropriately raise self-expectation,consolidate the effect of drug withdrawal,and gradually achieve the goal of drug withdrawal.At the same time,in the process of phased service,social workers adjust their role positioning and provide emotional support for the service objects to enhance their self-efficacy.In addition,the research discusses the shortcomings of narrative therapy in practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems in the application process.In general,narrative therapy is explored in the field of community drug rehabilitation,which to some extent enriches the practical experience of community drug rehabilitation and provides reference value for social work against drug control. |
