| With the development of China’s economy in the new era,the country pays more attention to the reform of vocational education,and the society is becoming more tolerant of vocational education.In response to the policy of the government,multiple social entities have participated in the running of vocational education.The "connotative" development of higher vocational colleges accommodates to the running pattern of the "two-way" cooperative participation in running schools,and is more inclined to the running model of the network-like resource integrated school.In 2019,the "1 million" expansion of higher vocational education was proposed,which made the scale of higher vocational education larger and required more social resources to lay a solid foundation for talent training in higher vocational colleges.However,due to the shortage of resources,the vague goals of running schools,and the lagging content of running schools,the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges in our country has been reduced,which will inevitably affect the development of talent training paths.As the main representatives of diversified social entities,industry associations has been playing a key role in the cultivation of talents with their information cohesion.The participation of industry associations in the in-depth education of vocational colleges is not only an objective need to improve the quality of vocational colleges and the enthusiasm of enterprises,but also an important measure to implement the national multi-government vocational education.This article defines the talent training of industry associations and higher vocational colleges on the basis of the third sector theory,new public management theory,and resource dependence theory by using literature research methods,comparative research methods,interview methods and case research methods.It takes the current situation of the pilot units for talent training in higher vocational colleges with the participation of industry associations as the analysis sample,trying to analyze the role and function of industry associations in the talent training process of higher vocational colleges,and explore the relationship among multiple subjects,including industry associations,governments,enterprises,and schools.Through analyzing the interdependent relationship between the subjects,it finds the development basis for the industry association to participate in the talent training of higher vocational colleges,and further tthinks and designs the ways of expanding and improving the development path of the industry association to participate in the talent training of higher vocational colleges at the practical level.Based on the content above,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,this research mainly includes the following content.The first part is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of industry associations participating in talent training in higher vocational colleges.On the one hand,it systematically expounds the necessity of my country’s development industry associations to participate in the talent training of higher vocational colleges from the three aspects of multiple governance,regional economy and talent training quality;on the other hand,it analyzes the feasibility from the three factors of environment,policy and resources.The second part is the analysis of the content elements of industry associations participating in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges.Relying on the third sector theory,it analyzes the main content of the four elements of the goal,profession,teachers and evaluation of the industry association’s participation in talent training,and explores the role and function of the industry association in each link.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of industry associations participating in talent training.At the macro and micro levels,it analyzes the basic types,goal setting,professional settings,teaching staff,talent training evaluation system of Chinese industry associations participating in talent training,and the current situation of talent training of S college,and summarize the existing problems.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of problems in the industry associations participating in talent training.Since the slow development of industry association in China,it is necessary to explore what role the industry associations plays under our national conditions and stimulate the positive functions of industry associations in vocational education.With the combination of an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in four aspects including the system,motivation mechanism,assessment and evaluation,so as to provide a reference for the design of the path.The fifth part is to optimize the path for industry associations to participate in the development of talent training in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of all the research,this article draws some thoughts on this research.As a cross-discipline of economics and pedagogy,higher vocational education inevitably has to be closely linked with social resources.As an agglomerator of social resources,industry associations represent the development trend of the entire industry.In the process of participating in the training of vocational education talents,they organically integrate the two fields of society and education to assist schools in better cooperation with diverse social subjects and play the overall role of 1+1>2.The path for industry associations to participate in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges must first rely on industry associations to coordinate the relationship between the subjects.By using the essential attributes of the industry,a closely-wrapped development path is built from the government,schools,enterprises,and industry associations. |
