Research On Party Organization Construction In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Education Conference,stressing that "comprehensively strengthen the Party’s leadership over education".As the cornerstone of party building,grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities must be firmly established to play the role of a strong bastion of battle.Although there are many research achievements on the party construction at the grass-roots level of colleges and universities at present,with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering into a "new era",a series of new requirements and challenges have been put forward for the party organization construction at the grass-roots level of colleges and universities.However,under the background of the new historical era,relevant researches in this field are still in the initial exploration stage.In this paper,how to carry out the construction of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities under the background of the new era as the research direction,has a strong timeliness and necessity.Around the new era of construction of colleges’ basic level party organizations are required to improve politics theoretical study force,combat effectiveness of grassroots fighting forts,construction of system and mechanism innovation,centripetal force of the new requirements of talents cultivation,discussed the university basic-level party organization construction achievements and the existing problems,and in view of the problems put forward practical and feasible countermeasures to construct the new era.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the theories of marxist classical writers on party building.The second chapter discusses the time and basic experience of party organization construction in colleges and universities since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The third chapter analyzes the prominent problems and causes of the party organization construction in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is the thinking of strengthening the party organization construction in colleges and universities comprehensively under the new situation,and puts forward the targeted measures to the problems existing in the party organization construction in colleges and universities at the grassroots level.
