Negotiation behavior plays an important role in the social development of young children.The systematic and in-depth study of the occurrence and development of children’s negotiation behavior can not only enrich the theory of negotiation behavior,but also improve the social development of children.Construction game is one of children’s favorite games.In the game,they can not only play their own imagination freely,but also discuss and communicate together,which provides the conditions for the occurrence of negotiation behavior.Firstly,the researchers used the traditional literature method to collect data and read a large number of relevant books on the Internet,collect information and materials closely related to this study,and sort out and analyze them.Secondly,taking the second class of Z kindergarten as the research object,the observation method was used to record the peer consultation behavior events and analyze the basic situation;Then the characteristics of children’s peer consultation behavior are summarized through the analysis of the observed cases and the factors affecting the peer consultation behavior in children’s construction games are understood through interviews with parents,children and teachers.Finally,educationalsuggestions are put forward.Through a series of rigorous and comprehensive research work,theresearchersfoundthatpeerconsultationwasasfollows:1.From the point of view of the target audience,the number of children’s consultation with thesamesexismuchhigherthanthatwiththeoppositesex.2.From the point of view of the theme of consultation,the theme of large-class children’s consultationismorefocusedontheperspectiveofconsultation.3.From the point of view of negotiation strategy,most young children choose negotiation strategy mainly oriented by others,which is much more often than self and two kinds of orientationfusion.4.Asa resultoftheconsultations,theyweremoresuccessfulthanunsuccessful.5.From the feedback of the persons consulted,there is more calm acceptance than happy acceptanceandrejection.The main factors influencing the behavior of peer consultation in the construction game are children themselves,teachers and parents,amongwhich thefactors of children themselvesinclude same-sex preference,gender characteristics,peer relationship,opinion selection ability,social skills,cognitive understanding.In view of the reasons,this paper puts forward some educational suggestions to strengthen the peer consultation behavior of large class children in the construction game: to effectively observe and intervene in time,to help the occurrence of good peer consultation behavior,to provide appropriate materials and support,To promote the development of peer consultation ability.
