Case Work Exploration Of Employment Difficulties For The Disabled Under The Background Of "Internet +"

"Internet +" represents a new economic form,through the use of information and communication technology and the Internet platform to achieve deep integration with traditional industries,to create a new development ecology.The Internet employment breaks through the constraints of time and space under the traditional employment mode,makes the forms of employment and entrepreneurship more flexible,and avoids the physical defects and deficiencies of the disabled to a large extent,providing a new direction and opportunity for the employment of the disabled.In this paper,according to the theory of energized and social support theory as the theoretical support,adopt the method of qualitative research,with a community of persons with disabilities Z H as a case,under the background of "Internet +" explore the practical path of social work intervention employment for disabled persons,in order to use the function of the Internet,to improve the employment problems of the disabled,such as the lack of employability,the single access to employment information and resources,and the lack of social support.Thesis is divided into four parts,The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the contents and contents of research questions,research ideas and methods,and analyzes the theoretical basis of this article.It also reviews and reviews the relevant literature on "Internet +" employment for disabled people at home and abroad,and understands the basic situation of social work participating in the employment of disabled persons under the background of "Internet +";The second part elaborates the employment service situation of the disabled and the employment status of the disabled in H community,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention.In the third part,Z is taken as the object of case service,and the practical operation and evaluation are carried out through the scheme design.Finally,the intervention services are summarized and reflected,and some thoughts and suggestions are put forward.Through the case study of social work,the paper draws the following conclusions: First,different from the traditional employment model,under the background of "Internet +" employment,the disabled can have a more equal employment environment,access to more employment resources and opportunities;Secondly,the promotion of vocational skills is the key to promote the employment of the disabled.It is effective to provide targeted,individualized and continuous employment training guided by the individual needs of the disabled.Finally,because the disabled have been in a weak position for a long time,they lack the skills to obtain Internet information,resources and use the Internet for employment.Social work can help the disabled to break down the employment obstacles and promote the realization of employment through the use of professional theories and methods and skills.Through the intervention of social work,people with disabilities are encouraged to participate in the opportunities brought by "Internet +" on an equal basis,and better support services are provided for people with disabilities by means of resource links and energy enhancement,so as to fully tap and play their potential,promote people with disabilities to find jobs and start their own businesses independently,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.At the same time,it can also enhance the self-confidence of the disabled,make them correctly understand their own value and establish a positive attitude towards life.The integration of "Internet +" and employment of persons with disabilities should be fully realized,so that the Internet can better serve the employment of persons with disabilities.
