A Study On The Employment Problem Of Disabled Groups In The Background Of "Internet+"

Disability groups as a group easily overlooked by the community,the employment problem is not only related to their survival and development,but also related to the disabled groups can achieve self-worth,into the social event,and therefore concerned about the employment of disabled groups is essential event.This paper mainly studies the feasibility analysis of the employment of the disabled group under the background of "Internet+".What are the advantages and disadvantages of the disabled,how can the disabled group improve themselves,how can the business and society help to improve the "Internet + "Employment of disabled groups.In this paper,we have selected some of the disabled groups who have already used the Internet and employment,and conducted in-depth interviews with length interviews*In this paper,the investigation found that the current employment patterns of the disabled groups are mainly customer service class,transcription,translation work,electricity business class,manual creative work,the use of ecological system analysis of disabled groups face the "Internet +,disabled groups employment mode Advantages and shortcomings,as well as from the micro,meso and macro system analysis to promote the "Internet +" disabled groups employment strategies.
