Suicide is the third cause of unintentional death among 10 ~ 20 years old group in China,which seriously affects the healthy development of teenagers.They are in a critical period of growth,the psychological characteristics of this stage is more complex,and secondary vocational students because of its own particularity,compared with ordinary high school students have more emotional,conduct and learning problems,secondary vocational students suicide ideation detection rate shows a higher level.The Interpersonal Theory of Suicide emerged from the west and has attracted the attention of domestic scholars at present.The theory suggests that suicide ideation is cause by two interpersonal structures-thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness.Suicide is a very complex behavior,influenced by physiological,psychological and social factors.Research has selected 42 variables,including sleep problems,hopelessness,pain,family conflict,anger and hostility,and guilt and shame,further analysis of these variables results show that the pain and hopelessness(especially emotional pain and hopelessness for the future)is the most common forecasting suicide attempt and suicide death factor.Other studies have found that suicide ideation is the result of a combination of pain and hopelessness.The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness on suicide ideation in secondary vocational students: the mediating role of pain and hopelessness.The INQ-10,BSI-CV,BHS and PAS were used to measure.SPSS25 and Process were used for data analysis.The results showed that:(1)Thwarted belongingness and Perceived burdensomeness had a positive predictive effect on suicide ideation.(2)Thwarted belongingness and Perceived burdensomeness had a positive predictive effect on pain,and they had interactive effects on pain.That is to say,when the Thwarted belongingness and Perceived burdensomeness are at a high level,the pain level of secondary vocational school students is the highest.Pain has a positive predictive effect on suicide ideation.Pain played a mediating role in the prediction of suicide ideation by thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness.(3)Thwarted belongingness and Perceived burdensomeness had a positive predictive effect on hopelessness,and they had interactive effects on hopelessness.That is to say,when the Thwarted belongingness and Perceived burdensomeness are at a high level,the hopelessness level of secondary vocational school students is the highest.hopelessness has a positive predictive effect on suicide ideation.Hopelessness played a mediating role in the prediction of suicide ideation by thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness...
