| For shared regulation,learners need to clarify the goals and plans of individuals and teams,the progress of tasks,the contribution of members and the evaluation criteria at the collective level.In the face of this complex and diverse needs,group awareness plays an increasingly important role in regulated learning.Group awareness refers to learners’ understanding of other members and the overall collaboration situation of the team,such as the participation and contribution of every members,the current progress of the team task,and even the emotions,attitudes and motivations of team members.Group awareness tools can provide technical support for shared regulation,help learners to track the collaborative process and improve the learning evaluation of shared regulation,and provide a new path for the theoretical and practical research of shared regulation.The main work of this article is reflected in the following two aspects:(1)Based on the characteristics of shared regulation learning,this article analyzes the awareness information needed in each process of shared regulation learning,summarizes the corresponding group awareness tools,constructs the application mode of group awareness in the process of shared regulation learning,and the evaluation method of collaborative learning activities based on the application mode.(2)This article designs and implements a comparative experiment of shared regulation based on group awareness.Taking the reading activities of two classes of students in the fourth grade of a primary school as the research object,through tracking and analyzing the collaborative process of the two classes,this article makes a comparative analysis of the two cases in the aspects of regulation activity type,shared regulation content,shared regulation process and social interaction to explore the mechanism of group awareness on shared regulation.The preliminary research shows that: group awareness can stimulate learners to produce more shared regulation behaviors,especially in the metacognitive dimension;group awareness information has a good guiding role in the process of students’ shared regulation,by triggering more monitoring and evaluation behavior,forming the iteration of each regulation process;group awareness tools can promote more social interaction among group members and more balanced participation in collaborative tasks.This article extends the theoretical research of shared regulation from the perspective of group awareness.By tracking and analyzing the task progress and group interaction information contained in the collaborative process,it provides the basis for the development of shared regulation scaffolding,tools and corresponding intervention strategies. |
