Since the founding of New China,textbooks have always been a task that the country attaches great importance to.Textbook management is an important means for the orderly development of textbooks.The textbook management policy formulated by our country is an important guarantee for the orderly progress of textbook management.By analyzing a series of textbook management policy texts from 1978 to 2020,it is found that there are still problems in the specification of textbook management policy objectives.The policy objectives are too general and the target level is not clear enough.The specification of the object of the teaching material management policy needs to be further improved.The scope of implementation is not comprehensive enough,and who implements it lacks part of the main body.The teaching material management policy needs further improvement in its implementation and guarantee.Therefore,this research has collected,summarized and reflected on the relevant policy documents and related documents of textbook management,and started writing from the content of textbook management policies.The author recommends that textbook management policy objectives should be further scientific,specific,and hierarchical;textbook management The policy objects are multi-subjected to achieve comprehensiveness;the implementation and guarantee of the teaching material management policy will be further improved and improved.This research consists of seven chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part of content analysis of teaching material management policy.This chapter mainly explains the author’s original intention of choosing the content analysis of the textbook management policy,and summarizes the progress of the textbook management policy research in our country through a literature review,paving the way for the next research ideas and method selection.The second chapter starts with the concepts and theories of teaching material management.The related words of textbook management are defined and the theory of textbook management is expounded.As the overall support of this thesis,the theory of teaching material management is the integration of theoretical foundation and research content.The third chapter analyzes the content of teaching materials management policy.This chapter explains the text of the textbook management policy issued from 1978 to2020 from three aspects: the goals of textbook management,the subjects and objects of implementation,and how to implement the textbook management policy.The fourth chapter is the overall process of the reform of my country’s teaching material management policy in the 70 years since the founding of New China.This chapter roughly divides my country’s teaching material management policy reform into four phases through combing the policies,and expounds the process and characteristics of each phase of the reform.The fifth chapter,construction and argument analysis.This chapter adopts the theoretical and factual perspectives to demonstrate from the three standards of objectives,targets,and measures,and combines domestic and foreign aspects to demonstrate.The sixth chapter is the reflection on the content of the teaching material management policy.This chapter mainly analyzes the content of the textbook management policy text by comparing the three standards of the objectives,objects and measures of the educational policy content analysis constructed,and finds out the shortcomings in the textbook management text based on the constructed standards.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve our country’s teaching material management policy.This chapter proposes more reasonable suggestions on the basis of discovering deficiencies in the textbook management text under the three-dimensional standards established.
