| The kindergarten curriculum program is the guiding text of the kindergarten curriculum implementation,the main basis of the kindergarten curriculum implementation and the foundation of the kindergarten curriculum development.At the present stage,China’s kindergarten curriculum programs bloom but the quality is uneven,and China also lacks effective evaluation standards for kindergarten curriculum programs.The evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum of the Head Start can be seen as the beginning of the preschool curriculum evaluation in the United States,and in its exploration of curriculum evaluation,it has also formed a relatively mature evaluation framework of the preschool curriculum program.Combined with the experience of the Head Start,the opinions of preschool teachers and experts,and the existing relevant literature,this study attempts to develop an evaluation scale for kindergarten curriculum programs,and carries out a detailed evaluation of five sets of domestic curriculum programs.This study is mainly divided into two parts:First,the formulation of the kindergarten curriculum program evaluation scale.First of all,this paper introduced evaluation of the Head Start curriculum program and analysis of its characteristics and enlightenment to our country.Secondly,a survey on the use of kindergarten curriculum program was carried out to lay a practical foundation for the development of the scale.Combined with the enlightenment of the Head Start,China’s preschool education policy,practice and related theories,the preliminary evaluation scale is established.Subsequently,the expert advice consultation table was prepared for expert consultation and the scale was revised.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The kindergarten curriculum program evaluation scale developed in this study includes 5 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.The five first-level indicators are: curriculum idea,curriculum structure,activity design,cooperation with family,and curriculum evaluation.Second,the domestic kindergarten curriculum program evaluation.Based on the evaluation scale of kindergarten curriculum program,this paper analyzes and evaluates five sets of kindergarten curriculum programs,forms the final evaluation result,and provides specific suggestions for the improvement of each set of curriculum program.It is found that the five curriculum programs are weak in empirical,hierarchical,support for individualized learning and curriculum evaluation.Finally,this study puts forward targeted suggestions from the following four aspects: the edition,evaluation,selection and use of kindergarten curriculum plan.First,the edition of kindergarten curriculum program should focus on key promotion projects;Second,we should develop a reasonable and effective evaluation framework for kindergarten curriculum program and popularize curriculum program evaluation.Third,kindergartens,parents and so on should choose high-quality,appropriate curriculum program;Fourthly,teachers’ professional autonomy should be brought into play in the use of kindergarten curriculum program. |
