Children’s all-round development cannot be separated from high-quality regional activities,which cannot be separated from teachers’ support.Regional activities can meet the development needs of different children.The age characteristics and thinking cognition of middle class children determine that the smooth development of regional activities need teacher’s support.It is also mentioned in the relevant policy document,to support and guide children to carry out regional activities is one of the professional abilities of teacher,which indicates the importance of teacher support to the realization of early childhood development.Effective teacher support can promote the development of children’s cognitive ability and enhance the development of teacher’s professional ability.This paper studies the teachers’ support in the regional activities of middle class of Y Kindergarten in Xining City,finds out the existing problems and causes according to the current situation,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies.With cognitive conflict theory,zone of proximal development theory and humanism theory as theoretical support,Through observation method,interview method and case analysis method,this paper investigates teachers’ support for regional activities in middle class of Y Kindergarten in Xining City.From three stages of preparation support before regional activities,method support during regional activities,and evaluation support after regional activities,and the corresponding dimensions,Analyze the situation of teachers’ support and explore the specific situation of teachers’ support in middle class regional activities in Y kindergarten.The results of the study showed that,the existing problems in the research on teacher support in the middle class regional activities of Y kindergarten are as follows:Blind material delivery before regional activities,lack of time planning;Lack of constructive language in regional activities and improper intervention behavior;Formalization of teacher evaluation after regional activities.And analyze the causes of the problems from three aspects: teachers,children and kindergartens,aiming at the problems of teachers’ support in the regional activities of middle class in Xining Y Kindergarten,he put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Effective strategies for improving teacher support in regional activities,put forward the feasible countermeasure to help teachers to solve the present problem.By providing a prepared environment for young children;Give children positive emotional support and evaluation support;Set up the concept of children oriented teacher support;To improve the management system of regional activities and pay attention to the four aspects of teacher training,put forward teacher support strategies,promote the support ability of teachers,and then improve the quality of regional activities.
