| In recent years,the performance of basketball referees in China has aroused great concern and public opinion.Constructing the supervision and evaluation system of Chinese basketball referees will be an urgent matter to be solved in the development of Chinese basketball.This paper proposes to start from the perspective of video analysis,using the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process.To construct the supervision and evaluation system of basketball referees in China,and draw the following conclusions through the research:1.Build a monitoring system based on video analysis our country basketball referee,according to the present status of the basketball referees monitoring system in China,using the method of expert interview,questionnaire analysis method to study the construction of monitoring system and can evaluate the basketball referees on-the-spot of cutting performance evaluation index,five first-level indicators,25 secondary indexes.2.Calculate the weights of indicators at all levels through the analytic hierarchy process,and construct the framework of basketball referee supervision and evaluation system according to the weight index.It provides more scientific objective basis for the selection of excellent referees,among which the first level index and weight are image temperament(0.19),application of refereeing method(0.19),application of rules(0.24),feeling of the game(0.19),control of the game(0.19),The secondary indexes and weights are competition preparation(0.194),behavior standard(0.271),standing posture and running posture(0.205),behavior language(0.182),expression style(0.148),decision procedure(0.053),gesture language accuracy(0.054),whistle(0.051),decision timing and skill(0.13)9),speed and rhythm of movement(0.093),observation of open and closed angles(0.18),landing and timing of position selection(0.146),eye contact with partners(0.081),rotation technique(0.107),observation area(0.096),cognition of concept(0.25),understanding of rules(0.218),accuracy of penalty The ability to read the game(0.275),deal with emergencies(0.247),the management of the team(0.342),the management of details on the field(0.292),and the timing,skills and effects of management(0.366).3.Through weighted index can be calculated the basketball referees on-the-spot of individual performance,the coefficient of performance in the conversion points with tournament integral substitution referees integral formula,it is concluded that the referee individual points,according to the integral formula of individual points combined with grading system existing in our country basketball referee,referee demotioneing run system of assessment,It provides a scientific and objective basis for the selection,promotion and elimination of basketball referees’ professional league in China.4.Video analysis is the carrier of basketball referee supervision and evaluation system.Through video analysis technology,basketball referees can be comprehensively analyzed and evaluated when making decisions on the spot.Video analysis to our country basketball referee,establish long-term basketball referees large database,can be accurately found the referee in the face of the cutting errors in sticking,let the referee fully aware of their deficiencies,and specific guidance to the referee training,help to the promotion of basketball referees on-the-spot of cutting ability a lot.Through cross-comparison with the big data of referees in other basketball leagues,we can find out the overall problems of referees in China’s basketball leagues.We can carry out an overall training class for common problems and keep up with the pace of internationalization.5.In the process of constructing the video analysis basketball referee supervision and evaluation system in China,there are still some problems in the selection and evaluation of indicators,which will be improved and perfected in the theoretical practice in the future. |
