| As the highest level basketball league in the world,the NBA leads the development of world basketball to a certain extent in the use of skills and tactics.Nowadays,the direction of team building with defenders as the core in the NBA league is becoming more and more common,which is also important for modern basketball games.Central defenders have higher requirements for technical comprehensiveness.While having organizational skills,core defenders need to become the team’s main scoring player.This study attempts to study the application characteristics of NBA core guards’ shooting techniques during the 2019-2020 season through the literature method,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis methods,and summarizes and summarizes the common points of these outstanding guard players’ shooting techniques.And analyze it.By studying their efficient offensive methods and scoring methods,it provides references and suggestions on shooting for Chinese basketball workers in teaching,training and competition,in order to promote the improvement of the level of basketball in my country.By summarizing and summarizing the shooting application characteristics of eight NBA core guards in the 2019-2020 season,and analyzing them,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The core guards have fewer chances of catching and shooting in the game,and more shots outside the three-point line.The choice of shooting methods in the game is mainly based on dribbling shots and breakthrough shots.They also have three-point lines.Ability to shoot outside dribbles.Due to different game styles among the selected research objects,the number of three-point shots taken by the dribble shot of the point guard is higher than that of two-point shots,and the shooting choice based on three-pointers and breakthroughs becomes the core guard A style of playing.(2)The core guard generally gains shooting space by 3-6 dribbles before shooting,which is a common feature of the guard’s dribble shooting.The main technical actions during shooting are jumpers and layups,and jumpers outside the three-point line.More and more is a trend in the development of shooting characteristics of guards.(3)In the 24-second time period,the core guards made the most shots in the 15-7second interval,and both the three-point shooting rate and the two-point shooting rate were higher than the average field-goal shooting rate,which is the most reasonable shot.Time,in the fast offense of the 22-15 interval,the core guard’s shooting method is not only to break through to the inside shot,but the three-pointer is also the main shooting choice.(4)The greater the shooting space of the core guards in the game,the higher the shooting percentage.However,due to the fewer opportunities for defensive open shots in the game,the core guards have a regular shooting space of 4-6 feet and are in front of the outside core players.Can also complete shots in 2-4 feet of space when defending against pressure.In the shooting area,the core guard’s main shooting area is mainly concentrated within the 3-second area(including the reasonable collision area)and the 3-point arc top area. |
