The education of pre-service teachers has received widespread attention as the social requirement improved. The "Teaching Skills Training" is a compulsory professional course for the normal school students, which is very important to improve the teaching skills of normal students. Most college courses are designed and practiced by university teachers in accordance with the requirements of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the society’s requirements for teacher education. While in this process, they lack attention to the needs of students. This research takes service design as the theoretical basis, and uses the "Teaching Skills Training" course as the carrier to investigate the learning needs of normal students, and try to explore the learning needs of different groups of normal students in this course. This article mainly studies the following questions: 1.What is the learning needs for the "Teaching Skills Training" course by normal students? 2.What are the differences in the learning needs for the "Teaching Skills Training" course among normal students of different ethnic groups and genders? 3.Does the level of learning involvement have an impact on the learning needs of normal students? What are the differences in the learning needs of students with different levels of learning involvement?Service design is a holistic, collaborative, and iterative "user-centered" approach. When we define education as a public service provided by schools, service design provides a standardized re-educational change strategy, this research builds a learning needs analysis framework based on service design, uses text analysis to collect student needs, uses quantitative research methods to analyze the impact of gender, ethnicity, and learning involvement level on learning needs. The final research results are presented in the form of a visual service design blueprint. This research mainly draws the following conclusions: 1.Providing microclassrooms, teaching the content of teachers’ skills and knowledge, teaching the methods of using teaching resources, and using case teaching methods are onedimensional requirements. If these requirements are provided, students will feel more satisfied. If not, students will feel dissatisfied;in order to increase the attractiveness of the classroom,we can provide: excellent in-service teachers to teach, online teaching case library, experimental equipment for normal students of science, the chance to attend the classes of famous teachers, simulation teaching for a full class.Based on the students’ situation,we provide the opportunity to learn the frontier knowledge of subject and teaching theory development, the subject knowledge of junior and senior high schools, and the evaluation of excellent in-service teachers.2.Ethnic group has no significant influence on the needs of normal students.Gender has a greater influence on the needs of normal students. On the whole, the needs of boys are lower than girls, and the need for resource support is higher than other supports.3.The needs of normal students with different learning involvement levels are also quite different.Students with higher learning involvement wish to provide more content support and expect the diversity of teaching methods and evaluation methods. Finally, based on the study of the learning needs of normal students, suggestions are made for the teaching design of the "Teaching Skills Training" course. When designing the course, students’ needs should be considered, course support should be arranged reasonably, and the understanding of the learning needs of normal students should be updated. We always need to improve teaching practices that keep pace with the times.
