Military training,as a form of public products,is a significant part of Chinese higher education with specific political,military and cultural attributes.It is of great importance for fostering virtues through higher education,improving educational quality,advancing the human resources construction,propelling national defense modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The current researches mostly emphasize on the perspective of humanism,collectivism and social psychology,in a way to explore the military practicability of the military training itself.These researches,however,ignore the educational quality of military training itself and its quality of sociality and national defense.With the reform of higher education deepening,the military training of college’s students attracts more attention from the government,military department and colleges.As for the previous educational system,educational purpose weakening,the curriculum system cliché,teaching and training undesirable,logistic mode backward,evaluation system deficient,these to a large extent may left behind the new educational demands of new era.The thesis takes the education quality theory as framework,to improve the educational quality as principal line,to apply the empirical questionnaires as research method,focusing on the military training of four typical colleges and universities in Zhejiang to analyze six factors about military training,to research the current situation of military training of higher education and its deficiencies and to put forward strategies.Military training,indeed as a compulsory course,is in line with the target-oriented,teaching content issues with higher education and to realize the double goals both of military education as well as knowledge education,.The military training of college’s students should be based on the stage that higher education is turning from the elites to the mass and the public,therefore,the overall innovation should be given to military training working system,curriculum and teaching system,teachers’ training system,logistic system and monitoring and feedback system.It is suggested to adjust working system for holding quality concept of development adhere to regulation;to innovate curriculum and teaching system by spotting on quality concept of features;to optimize teachers’ training system for satisfying public educational requirements;to improve logistic system by associating diversified stakeholders;to establish evaluating and monitoring system by starting from quality concept of process.It should be mentioned that military training of college students is a public management topic concerned about government,military department,college management,college students and other interest-holders.Due to epidemic,the thesis adopts four typical colleges and universities in Zhejiang and makes the online survey to teachers and students.This may cause the sampling process not meticulous enough and is expected to be improved later on. |
