| The integration of production and education in vocational education is the source of motivation to promote the innovation and development of the local economy,and it is also the basic feature of the running of vocational and technical colleges in our country.To deepen the integration of production and education requires consideration of the influence mechanism of each participant,and continuously improves the process of promoting the integration of production and education.The problems that arise can keep vocational education in line with the needs of the times,society and enterprises.This article first expounds the basic connotation of related concepts such as vocational education,integration of production and education,school-government-enterprise collaboration,etc.According to the needs of the research problem,the theory of information asymmetry,collaboration theory,and stakeholder theory are used as the theoretical basis for the research,and elaborated The relevance of the theories applied in the formation of the school-government-enterprise-cooperative relationship structure of the four parties.Then,it summarized the development status of the coordinated governance of Huangshan City’s vocational education,production and education integration,school,government,and enterprise by means of questionnaire surveys and interview records.The study found that Huangshan City’s vocational education,production and education integration has the absence of guidance from the government and industry associations,and the interests of schools and enterprises are described.Seek mismatch,lack of enthusiasm for enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education,and analyze the causes of the problems.The study found that the key to promote the coordinated governance of school,government,enterprise and the development of industry-education integration is to clarify the responsibilities of each participant,and to find a balance between the interests of both parties,so as to build a close,orderly,and clearly-defined collaborative organization.Strengthening the main role of the government and industry associations and clarifying their functional positioning in the process of industry-education integration are the foundation for the long-term and stable development of industry-education integration;based on the law of market economic development,seeking and bridging the interests of both schools and enterprises is fundamental measure for the development of integration of education and industry;clarifying the social responsibility of enterprises to promote vocational education,guiding enterprises to participate in the professional construction of vocational technical colleges,and enhancing the influence of vocational education itself can increase the awareness of enterprises to participate in the development of integration of production and education,and it is also the quality guarantee for the development of industry-education integration. |
