Research On The Problems And Solutions Of The Integraton Of Industry And Teaching For Higher Vocational Education In Quanzhou

Vocational education is an important part of an education system.It is of great significance for improving the quality of workers,implementing innovation-driven development strategy,accelerating transfer methods,adjusting structure,and promoting upgrading.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the improvement of the quality of vocational education.In 2014,the State Council issued the "Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education",which comprehensively deployed modern vocational education system.The 19 th National Congress pointed out that it was necessary to comprehensively promote the all-round development of vocational education in China,to assist in the further improvement of the training system,to actively promote the integration of production and education,and to cooperate between schools and enterprises,so as to better play the leading role of education in supporting transformation and upgrading of industry.As an important part of vocational education,higher vocational education has received unprecedented attention.The development of higher vocational education in Quanzhou is inseparable from the overall development of the local economy and society.Through merger and restructuring,constructing new campuses and other ways,the scale of schooling has been expanded.The research on the status quo of the cultivation of production and education talents in vocational colleges in Quanzhou shows that most of the higher vocational colleges in Quanzhou were established between 2001 and 2006,mostly for new or upgraded from secondary vocational colleges.Because of the short time,it is still in a stage of accumulation and promotion in the aspects of education concept,talent training mode and service ability.There are some problems,such as relatively lagging development concept,a low level duplication of some specialties construction,difficulties in recruiting students for specialties in urgent need of talents in some key industries,excessive reliance on the "order-based" talent development model,and weak ability of service industry development.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of economic and social development in Quanzhou,a research method of the three helix theory is used to analyze the results of predecessors at home and abroad using various research methods including data analysis and in-depth interviews.Drawing on the typical experience of modern vocational education in developed countries such as Germany,Britain,the United States,and Australia,and clarifing their realistic enlightenment,it is proposed three ways to accelerate the development of higher vocational education in Quanzhou.First,the main responsibility and function of the government should be given full play.The second step is to rationally set up the training mode and professional construction of higher vocational colleges.The third is to vigorously promote group-based education and build a platform for cooperation between government,schools and enterprises.
