Research On The Characteristics Of Technical Application Of Women’s Sanda Athletes

In recent years,the development of Wushu Sanda is becoming more and more international,and the development of Sanda technology is becoming more and more professional.The level of athletes’ technology determines the outcome of the competition.Women’s Sanda is an important part of Wushu Sanda,and the development of its technology should be paid attention to.It is an important task for women’s Sanda to analyze and study the technical characteristics of excellent women’s Sanda athletes and promote their comprehensive development.At present,the research on women’s Sanda technology in our country is mostly about the overall research,and the research on specific level is less,especially the large level.By using the methods of literature review,video observation,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the techniques used by the high-level female athletes(65kg,70 kg,75kg)in the National Women’s Sanda championship in 2019,obtains the relevant indicators,and probes into its contents.The research shows that: in terms of the use of individual techniques,the use of leg technique is the most frequently,boxing technique ranks second,and wrestling technique is less used in this competition.Among them,whip leg is the most frequently used leg technique,and straight leg technique is less frequently used;in boxing technique,swing fist and straight fist are more frequently used,while hook fist and swing fist after turning are less frequently used;in wrestling technique,leg wrestling is less frequently used,and close wrestling is more frequently used.In terms of technical success rate,in this competition,the women’s top level athletes have the highest success rate of wrestling technique,and the success rate of next leg wrestling is higher than that of close body wrestling;the second is leg technique,and the success rate of whip leg and forward kick is more;the success rate of boxing technique is the lowest,and the success rate of straight fist and swing fist is more,and the success rate of hook fist in this competition is 0%.In terms of the score of technical action,the leg technique of the female athletes in this competition has the highest score,among which the whip leg has the highest score,mainly relying on hitting the thigh and trunk;the score of wrestling technique ranks the second in this competition,among which the score of next leg wrestling is higher;because of the low score of boxing technique,hitting the head and trunk with the fist technique only has 1 point,so although However,the number of success is more than the wrestling method,but the score is the lowest.In terms of the scoring ability of technical movements of athletes at all levels,the scoring ability of 75 kg athletes is slightly weak.The65 kg and 70 kg female athletes have high action density and strong scoring ability in the competition.The average score of each game is higher than that of the three levels.The overall skills of boxing,leg and wrestling are more comprehensive in 70 kg athletes,and the scores of each skill are at the middle level of the three levels;the scoring ability of boxing and leg skills of 65 kg athletes is weak,but the score of leg skills is far ahead;the wrestling skill level of 75 kg athletes is higher,and the score of leg skills is relatively low.
