Research On The Personal Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Shen Guoshun,An Excellent Sanda Athlete In My Country

Through the statistics and analysis of the skills and tactics in the 2017 National Wushu Sanda championship,the 2018 National Men’s Wushu Sanda championship and the 18 th Asian Games Wushu competition trials,the 2019 National Men’s Wushu Sanda championship and the15 th World Wushu Championship trials,and the 2019 15 th World Wushu Championship,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the application of shenguoshun’s skills and tactics.According to shenguoshun’s talent experience and personal technical and tactical characteristics,this paper puts forward the Enlightenment of technical and tactical development in China’s 56 kg Sanda training and competition,and provides reference for the technical and tactical development of China’s 56 kg Sanda athletes.This paper uses the literature method,case study method,interview method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods to conduct research.Through the research,it is obtained that Shen Guoshun has formed a winning method mainly based on wrestling,and has also formed a variety of characteristics of technical and tactical application.1.In the application of Shen Guoshun’s technology,certain technical characteristics have been formed in the application of basic offensive technology,combined offensive technology,defensive technology and mobile technology,as follows:(1)Characteristics of basic offensive techniques.The single technique in Shen Guoshun’s basic offensive techniques formed the main use and scoring of punching,whipping,and hugging the leg(P<0.01).Score-based technology application characteristics.(2)The application characteristics of combined attack techniques.Shen Guoshun’s combination technique has formed the combination technique application characteristic with the main combination of fist and leg and score(P<0.01),and the use of leg combination with the highest success rate.(3)The application characteristics of defensive and mobile technology.Defensive technique formed the characteristic of using body technique(P<0.01);moving technique formed the characteristic of using technique of taking steps(P<0.01).2.Shen Guoshun’s tactical application has formed the tactical application characteristics of multi-tactical comprehensive application with the highest success rate of roundabout tactics,mainly direct attack tactics,counterattack tactics,and multi-point tactics.According to the technical and tactical characteristics of Shen Guoshun,the following suggestions are put forward for the technical and tactical training of Chinese men’s 56 kg Sanda athletes:1.Sanda athletes pay attention to the targeted exercises of basic skills in the training of techniques and tactics,and strengthen the emphasis on double-cooperative exercises and actual combat exercises,so that the use of techniques and tactics can form muscle memory,and according to the characteristics of athletes,strengthen the training of different physical abilities of athletes,so that athletes can fully grasp the technical and tactical characteristics while forming their own unique style of technical and tactical characteristics.2.Sanda athletes formulate clear technical and tactical goals according to the characteristics of their own and their opponent’s technical and tactical use in the competition,and implement the technical and tactical goals around the clear goals.3.In the process of athlete training,pay attention to the overall improvement of the athlete’s physical fitness and technical tactics,and at the same time pay attention to the formation of the athlete’s individual technical and tactical style characteristics.
