| The team consciousness of cheerleading students in sports colleges is the integration of team cognition and team identity,sense of belonging,sense of dependence and sense of collectivity of all members of the team in sports colleges and the comprehensive embodiment of the training and competition process of the team in sports colleges and universities.Team consciousness marks the order and integration degree of cheerleading special students in the aspects of ideology,behavior and emotion.It is the spiritual pillar and soul of the healthy development of the sports college cheerleading team.Teamwork consciousness plays an important role in team culture education,sports training and competition for cheerleading students in physical education colleges.The cultivation and formation of sports team consciousness is an important aspect to improve the comprehensive winning power of sports college cheerleading team.Mencius once said,"Time is not as good as the right place,and the right place is not as good as people." Only when people live in harmony and help each other can they become powerful and conquer all things.Cheerleading project as a collective form of multi-person collective project,and team consciousness as a national attention to a quality education.Therefore,team awareness is an indispensable prerequisite for building a cheerleading team.From sociology,psychology,sports science multidisciplinary cross analysis,through the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,the conclusion by using logic analysis analysis cohesion.then,hold special sports colleges student team consciousness present situation and existing problems,and puts forward some ways for the cultivation of the feasibility of the results showed that the:1.Cheerleading students in sports colleges performed well in the overall measurement of team awareness,but in the five dimensions measured by team awareness,the team awareness of Cheerleading students in sports colleges was relatively weak.2.The overall level of team consciousness of dance and technical cheerleading students is basically the same,but the sense of team dependence of technical and technical cheerleading students is higher than that of dance cheerleading students because of the slight differences in technical skills.3.The difference of gender,whether they are the only child and whether they are the team leader,the dependent variables lead to the different team consciousness of cheerleading students.The overall level of team consciousness of male students is higher than that of female students.The overall level of team consciousness of non-only children is higher than that of only children.The captain is the most outstanding person in team spirit.4.The team awareness of cheerleading students in sports colleges is directly proportional to their grade level.The sense of team identity showed an upward trend in the freshman and sophomore years,while a downward trend in the junior and senior years.Sophomore and junior year have a very strong sense of team belonging and team dependence.The sense of community is strongest in the junior year.5.The prominent problem of team consciousness of cheerleading students in sports colleges lies in that they cannot balance the relationship between collective consciousness and self-consciousness,and cannot choose the relationship between competition and cooperation,but they have good communication skills.6.Factor analysis results show that there are internal factors and external factors that affect the team consciousness of special cheerleading students in sports colleges.Internal factors include individual factors and team factors;The external factors include leadership factors,school factors,social factors and family factors.7.According to the importance analysis of influencing factors,team satisfaction,individual competitive ability and individual communication ability are the most important factors among individual factors.Among the team factors,team goal,team ideology and culture education,team cooperation,internal competition,teammates’ initiative in training and the number of participation are the most important factors.Among the leading factors,the decision-making style of the coach,the attitude of the coach and the cooperation between the coach and the captain are the most important factors.The most important factor of the school is the selection mechanism of the competition.The most important social factor is the employment requirement.Among the family factors,the most important factor is the overall quality of the family. |
