With the continuous development of the cheerleading sports program and its constantly updated changes,the arrangement of the full set of moves in the cheerleading sports has increasingly used more difficult techniques,varied levels and compact movements,and required athletes to perform holds a pair of Poms within the time to show the "quick,accurate and steady" action braking ability.The characteristics of the cheerleading project require its athletes to continuously improve their own special qualities,and the improvement of the special quality of the cheerleading athletes is one of the foundations and bottlenecks for obtaining excellent athletic performance and technical level.Nevertheless,at present,the training methods for the special quality of cheerleading athletes are single and their content is simple.The Pilates system is based on the principles of Human Anatomy,Human Movement Sciences,and Sports Physiology,and follows Pilates principles for training;its training methods are flexible and varied.The integration of pilates training into the training of cheerleading gymnastics items is of great significance for further research on the training methods for the special quality of cheerleaders in China and for effectively improving their special skills and competitive ability.This paper focuses on the research of pilates training to improve the special quality of cheerleading athletes.A total of 60 experimental subjects from Shandong Normal University Firepower Cheerleaders,Shandong Yingcai College cheerleaders and and Shandong Jinan Preschool Teachers College Cheerleaders were selected to conduct training experiments about special quality,using literature data,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,and experiments.Various methods such as research methods were used to analyze the feasibility of practicing Pilates training in the special quality of cheerleader cheerleaders and to verify that Pilates training can improve the speciality of the cheerleaders Quality and cheerleaders Body Shape.Through the experiment to obtain data and analyze the data,draw the following conclusions:1.Pilates training promotes the shaping of the lumbar curve of the cheerleading athletes.The Pilates training method can meet the requirements of the athlete's shaping curve in the cheering sports.2.Pilates training can improve the special quality of cheerleaders,especially the quality of explosiveness and speed.No matter if it is the completion of arm movement or technical movements of the Cheerleading Cheerleading,it needs the power and explosiveness of the important indicators of the strength of the cheering athletes.The coaches can improve theexplosiveness and speed of the athletes through Pilates training.The coaches can use Pilates training to increase the explosiveness and speed of the athletes.3.The Pilates training method can improve the flexibility and balance of the curled cheerleaders.Cheerleaders need the flexibility of an extraordinary person and the ability to balance their body control.Coaches can improve athlete's flexibility and balance through Pilates training.4.Through the Pilates training method,you can improve the level of special skills of the cheerleaders.Special technology plays an important role in competitive competition.Coaches can improve the level of athletes' special skills through Pilates training.In this study,we explored the topic of the study of the pilates training to improve the special quality of cheerleading athletes,in theory,enriched the content and methods of our country's professional training of cheerleaders;in practice develop training plans and content based on the characteristics of the cheerleading program;the coaches for cheerleading cheerleaders provide reliable guidance when training athletes for special qualities.
