Preschool teachers’ professional identity will affect their own views on early childhood and early childhood education.Ideas will affect their behavior.Teachers’ professional identity will be mapped to the scientific nature of education and teaching behavior,which will have an impact on children’s growth and development.As well,the thing create teachers’ life planning and how to achieve work orientation.Looking for early childhood educators’ Thoughts on taking care of children can broaden teachers’ work path in theory.This is a banner for the compilation of education regulations and the deepening of preschool education workers children get scientific education.And kindergarten teachers need to complete certain education and teaching tasks in their posts.To evaluate the work content,efficiency and quality of kindergarten teachers in their posts,we need to introduce the concept of work performance.Research on work performance can explore the causes of performance differences,so as to find ways to promote kindergarten teachers to complete their work efficiently and high quality.This paper combines it to study kindergarten teaching This paper discusses the relationship between teachers’ professional identity and job performance,and discusses how to promote teachers’ job performance from the perspective of teachers’ professional identity.In this paper,231 preschool teachers in Shijiazhuang city were randomly selected as the survey objects by using the questionnaire of preschool teachers’ professional identity and table on job performance for kindergartener.This paper is designed to find out the degree of kindergarten teachers’ specialized subject recognition and job performance,Analyze why it presents different results with different environments and dimensions,and the correlation between preschool teachers’ specialized subject identity and job performance.Using spss26.0application system technology to calculate.The results are as follows:1.The results show that preschool teachers’ specialized subject identity is above the middle level.The data obtained in organization,title and wages are significantly different,The significant differences were not reflected in age,teaching years,major,education background and kindergarten location.2.The teaching age,the organization,the title and the income are significant differences.Age,major,education background and location of the kindergarten are no significant difference.3.There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers’ professional identity and job performance.Preschool teachers’ professional identity can positively predict the change of job performance.From the perspective of research results,The author prepared some items for the country,kindergartens and teachers to see,in order to help them improve preschool educators’ professional identity and parenting efficiency.
