| This paper aims to novel coronavirus pneumonia during normal stage of the study of junior high school students learning burnout,analysis of factors affecting learning burnout,and on this basis,the core factors to carry out class group psychological counseling,in order to improve junior high school students’ learning burnout level.This study mainly includes three parts: the first part,on the basis of previous research results,this paper developed a questionnaire and interview outline of the influencing factors of learning burnout,through the test of project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity test to screen the topic,form a formal questionnaire.Objective to understand the factors that affect the learning burnout of junior middle school students under the epidemic situation;In the second part,523 students from a junior high school in Suizhong County,Huludao City,Liaoning Province were investigated by using the "Youth Learning Burnout Scale" and the self-made "influencing factors of junior high school students’ learning burnout" questionnaire,The correlation between learning burnout and its influencing factors was analyzed by regression analysis to explore its core influencing factors;The third part takes two parallel classes in a junior high school in Suizhong County,Huludao City,Liaoning Province as the research object,selects the experimental group and the control group through comparative analysis,and conducts 8 times of class group counseling for the experimental group.During this period,the control group does not do any intervention,so as to verify the effectiveness of the group intervention program on improving the learning burnout level of junior high school students.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity;2.During the epidemic period,the learning burnout of junior high school students was at a medium level;3.Under the epidemic situation,there are significant differences in gender,grade,class role and academic achievement;4.The influencing factors of junior high school students’ learning burnout are a multi-dimensional structure.The main factors influencing junior high school students’ learning burnout are subjective evaluation factors,classroom teaching factors,individual characteristics factors and social environment factors according to the intensity.There are significant correlations between the influencing factors and all aspects of learning burnout;5.According to the core influencing factors,group intervention can effectively improve the learning burnout level of junior high school students.In view of the current situation and influencing factors of junior high school students’ learning burnout during the epidemic period,this study puts forward relevant education suggestions for schools,teachers and students’ parents,so as to provide basis for adjusting students’ learning burnout level,improving learning quality and ensuring junior high school students’ physical and mental health in special period. |
