With the continuous development of information technology,mobile learning with MOOC platform as the mainstream has gradually become an important way of learning.MOOC with its high quality courses,the principle of free access to learning,individualized learning function attracts many learners are involved,however,the current MOOC course began,poor learning experience problems directly affect the learners’ learning effect,learning enthusiasm and willingness to learn continuously,the resulting MOOC course higher dropout rates.Therefore,based on the theory of flow of the nine elements and content of teaching knowledge visualization,situational authenticity,systematic,socialization of interaction,feedback timely,evaluate the efficacy of the diversity and practicality seven targeted the design principles of building the new teaching model,mainly including preparation,teaching situation,the teaching implementation process,evaluation of teaching effect and ability to transfer and application of five stages and analysis of the teaching goal,create the teaching situation,implementing the teaching task,evaluation of teaching effect,the effect of MOOC teaching five elements.Through the practical application of this mode in the MOOC course "Teaching Application of Mind Map",the following effects can be produced:First,learners’ active online learning behavior and learning effect are closely related to flow theory,showing a significant positive correlation.Secondly,the new teaching mode can effectively promote learners to master the knowledge content,tool operation and design process of the MOOC course Mindmapping Teaching Application,as well as the operational level of practical application.Thirdly,applying the new model to MOOC teaching can effectively improve teachers’ satisfaction with MOOC teaching and the teaching effect.To sum up,the application of flow theory in MOOC teaching practice can,on the one hand,enrich online teaching theory and provide new ideas for the construction of new models;on the other hand,in practical teaching,it can solve the problems of MOOC learners’ lack of continuous learning intention,poor learning effect and high dropout rate of MOOC courses.As new things need to be improved constantly,especially research tools need to be further improved,there is still a long way to go for MOOC teaching based on flow theory,but it has a great development prospect.
