Research On Northwest People’s Revolutionary University(1949-1953)

In the latter part of the War of Liberation,the Chinese Communist Party repeatedly succeeded.The rapidly increasing number of liberated areas needed effective governance,but the supply of party cadres was in short supply,which required rapid training of a large number of cadres.Under the care and guidance of Comrade Xi Zhongxun,then the third secretary of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,the Northwest People’s Revolutionary University for political education was prepared and successfully run in Xi’an in early 1949,effectively alleviating the shortage of cadres in the Northwest Bureau in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China..This article mainly uses literature research method,historical analysis method,and case research method to investigate the history of the Northwest People’s Revolutionary University and analyze its historical contribution,historical experience and practical enlightenment.The full text is divided into three parts.Chapter One explains the historical background and organizational structure of Northwest People’s Revolutionary University.That is,on the basis of a profound analysis of the historical background of the founding of the Northwest People’s Revolutionary University,a systematic explanation of its founding process and organizational structure.Chapter Two describes the school-running work and typical events of Northwest People’s Revolutionary University.That is,it carefully discusses the situation of teachers and students,teaching work,and students’ lives of Northwest People’s Revolutionary University,and deeply analyzes its typical events.The third chapter clarifies the historical contribution,historical experience and practical enlightenment of the Northwest People’s Revolutionary University.In terms of historical contributions,Northwest People’s Revolutionary University inherited the school experience of the original Yan’an University,strengthened the ideals and beliefs of revolutionary cadres,enriched the educational methods of intellectuals in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and strengthened the ranks of revolutionary cadres in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.From the perspective of experience and enlightenment,the cultivation of cadres should achieve the "three persistence",fully understand the students,and obtain methods and methods.The Northwest People’s Revolutionary University escorted the final victory of the People’s Liberation War in the Northwest region,laid a solid foundation for the construction of the political power of the new area,and left a strong mark in the history of the Communist Party of China and the development of New China.
