| Emotion regulation self-efficacy refers to an individual’s sense of confidence and ability to effectively regulate their own emotions,which will affect the individual’s emotional perception and expression.Some scholars have proved that emotional regulation of self-efficacy can predict social anxiety very effectively.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the level of emotion regulation self-efficacy of freshmen to alleviate their social anxiety.This study will explore the relationship between the two and explore the influence of targeted group psychological counseling on emotional regulation self-efficacy and social anxiety.The research is divided into two parts: Study 1,724 freshmen of high school of high school in Shijiazhuang were surveyed by using the Chinese version of "emotional regulation self-efficacy" questionnaire and "social distress and avoidance scale",to explore the current situation of emotional regulation self-efficacy and social anxiety of freshmen of high school of high school and the relationship between them;In the second study,a group counseling program was designed and psychological courses were used to improve the level of emotional regulation self-efficacy of freshmen in Grade One to alleviate their social anxiety.The experimental class(55 participants),the placebo class(53 participants)and the blank control class(52 participants)were used for the comparative experiment.The experimental class was given 6 times of targeted group counseling,the placebo class was given 6 times of non-targeted group counseling,and the blank control class was given no intervention.The results show that:Study 1: The social anxiety of freshmen in Grade One was lower than the median,and there were differences in the variables of only child,student cadre and family location.The level of self-efficacy of emotion regulation is higher than the median,showing different characteristics in variables such as gender,student cadre or not and family location.There was a significant negative correlation between emotion regulation self-efficacy and social anxiety,and the factors of emotion regulation self-efficacy had a significant negative predictive effect on social anxiety,social distress and social avoidance.Study 2: This group psychological intervention can effectively improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of freshmen of high school,and then reduce social anxiety. |
