| In today’s high standard society,the requirements for college students’ physical condition are more heightened.The standard of modern society for talents is overall development,and good physical quality is the basis for individuals’ overall development.The government attaches great importance to the physical health of teenagers and has elevated the teenagers’ fitness program to a national strategy.The "Healthy China 2030" blueprint issued in October 2016 puts forward specific requirements for the student’s physical and health conditions to reach the great performance(category I)rate of more than 25% by 2030.The "Healthy China Action(2019-2030)" released in 2019 requires that by 2022 and 2030,the national student physical and health standards have reached a good performance(category II)rate of50% and above and 60% and above,respectively.The evaluation of students’ physical fitness has been incorporated into the overall assessment of the school.Through the evaluation of students’ physical fitness,it can reflect the results of school physical education and reflect the problems of students’ physical health;therefore,the school can make adjustment and development tasks of its physical education.Evaluating students’ physique health can vigorously represent the physique and health status of college students.This research mainly focuses on evaluating school physical health education performance to build and evaluate based on the index analysis model.The establishment of the school physical health index evaluation model aims to establish a quantifiable,effective and individualized physical health evaluation system that can comprehensively,scientifically,and effectively evaluate the effect of the school’s physical health implementation.This research mainly uses the literature data method,theoretical analysis method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method to study the school students’ physical fitness data evaluation index.The research discussions are as follows:(1)This study constructs a data evaluation system of school physical health through literature and expert questionnaires,divided into two sections.The first section includes four first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators,and 36third-level indicators;The second section is composed of 2 indicators,with a total of38 indicators for both sections.These two sections form a data evaluation model for college students’ physical health.(2)Applying to the data evaluation model,the school students’ physical health data evaluation index of Sun Yat-sen University in the past five years,from the year2016 to 2020,are respectively: 84.9 points in 2016,84.6 points in 2017,85.2 points in2018,86.5 points in 2019,and 89.9 points in 2020.(3)Based on the data evaluation model,The Sun Yat-sen University test and rank the following ten schools/departments based on the score they receive from the model calculation.The schools/department includes Law School,Medical School,the Department of Management,the School of Tourism,the Department of Foreign Languages,Lingnan College,the Department of Mathematics,Chemistry Department,the Department of Physics,and the Department of History.The results show that the rankings of the ten colleges in 2020 from high to low are: Medical School,92.23points;Foreign Language,91.96 points;Tourism,91.85 points;Law School,90.76points;Department of Management,90.15 Points;Lingnan College,89.81 points;Chemistry Department,89.48 points;School of Mathematics,89.36 points;History Department,88.84 points;School of Physics,88.61 points.(4)Taking Sun Yat-sen University as the evaluation object,the analysis of the implementation and education of school physical health in Sun Yat-sen University in2020 concludes: The current process of the University on performance and education of school physical health is relatively complete;Though the University still needs to improve in engaging more students for extracurricular exercises,providing students their daily activity period and more people to attend physical exercises;To guarantee the facility conditions,the University may consider appropriately increase the sports funding. |
