| As an important aspect of running a university,university management plays an organization,coordination and guarantee role in the daily teaching,scientific research activities,enrollment and employment,students,infrastructure finance,logistics services and other daily work of the University.With the construction of a service-oriented government in China,and the implementation and application of the concept of "decentralization-management-service" in colleges and universities,the management of colleges and universities no longer follows the traditional command and instructional form,but a combination of management and service.With the concept of services to serve teachers and students,to serve school teaching activities and scientific research.In the course of management,colleges and universities in our country gradually strengthen the service function of colleges and universities,optimize the services of colleges and universities,and finally realize the construction of service-oriented management in colleges and universities.In this thesis,through questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted in Tianjin B colleges and universities,combined with the review and analysis of relevant literature,this paper studies the existing problems in the management of colleges and universities,and attempts to analyze the causes of the existing problems,mainly reflected in the following several aspects: due to the long-term influence of the "official standard" thinking,the service concept in university management has not been fully established;the lack of professional knowledge and the lack of professional skills have led to insufficient professional literacy and innovative awareness of administrative personnel;insufficient departmental responsibilities clear and detailed,incomplete functioning of departments;inadequate information facilities,insufficient use of existing information technology means,affecting the efficiency of collaborative work within and between departments;insufficient performance evaluation and reward and punishment mechanisms in universities,employee promotion and title evaluation is more difficult.In order to effectively solve the problems in college management and optimize the service function of college,try to propose ways of service optimization from the following aspects: implement the service concept with teachers and students as the main body,establish and improve the guarantee system for serving teachers and students;improve incentives to fully mobilize the initiative and initiative of employees,improve work efficiency through the full use of office coordination mechanisms,establish positive emergency measures to improve the flexibility of service response;encourage teachers and students to participate in the management of university affairs,to relying on information,we should establish a service evaluation mechanism based on the satisfaction of teachers and students,improve the supervision mechanism with teachers and students as the main body,and give full play to the supervisory role of academic committees,congresses of staff,students and students. |
